I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and lost in the process of healing & asking yourself, "why am I self-isolating?" I know how it is to feel like you are doing all of the right things, yet somehow you still end up in the dark & hard places that you know all too well. Those are familiar places that are still so confusing that you can get lost in them despite how far you have come. In this episode of Honestly Because, I make it raw & keep it real in this conversation of my personal experiences with these feelings & questions. I share what I am learning in my personal process of healing.
