I didn't wait until I had everything figured out. I didn't go off on a writing retreat or hire a fancy team. I just started — messy, scared, and in the margins of everyday life.
I carved out time between real estate deals, nap times, and client calls. I used Google, podcasts, and trial and error to figure out what came next. Some days I wrote two pages. Some days I wrote one sentence. But I kept going — even when it was uncomfortable, even when I doubted myself.
