Show Notes

Simply put, the difference between training versus exercise is that training is dedicated, disciplined, planned to support our goals; exercise is fun, active, and generally unstructured.

  • Preparation = Fitness
  • Blending the Art with the Practice, according to Bruce Lee
  • "Do less, better" & "Strength has a greater purpose"

  • Guiding Goals and questions
  • GPP = General Physical Preparedness
  • The W.O.W. Factor
  • Timing and evaluating to avoid burnout
  • Working In and listening to the Pain Teacher
