Show Notes

Injuries strike at unexpected, devastating intervals, with profound effect... they slow us down, keep us from doing what we love, and remind us how fragile we are. Building resilience is not always straightforward, but we are gaining ground in the race to better evaluate our weaknesses and prevent further injuries.

But when we are in the throes of pain, how can we reset and return to a place of balance? How do we channel more positive energy to let our body heal naturally and at its own pace?

In this episode, I provide some suggestions for developing a formula for healing, including:

  • What you can do to train while injured
  • How pain registers in the brain + body
  • Pivots when you start to get frustrated
  • Surprising methods for healing (hint: it can't always be more stretching!)
  • Why we experience setbacks
  • Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera

Great healing accounts to follow:
