台北流行音樂中心因為維持行政中立的立場，拒絕某總統候選人的活動，引發討論。
其實啊！把行政法人當成「文官系統」來看，真是很要命阿。
行政法人必須要追求政治中立，可是，我個人（和一些學者）的想法是，
行政法人的中立不是文官中立的行使公權力分配資源公正概念，而是為了追求服務客群和服務對象的效應極大化而做的選擇。
畢竟政治狂熱從來就不是認真做事業的人或文化產業人的選項啊！
