公務人員品德修養及工作績效激勵辦法修正，變成公務人員激勵辦法。
最主要有價值的地方是：
1.育嬰留職停薪及因安胎之延長病假都不再構成影響模範公務人員和傑出貢獻獎的不利因素。
2.評審委員納入性別決策平權，任一性別比例不得低於1/3。
3.人員選拔時納入性別做為考量因素。
和性別平權有關。
