終於，我們又看到出國報告了。
不得不說這次的出國報告寫的是很有誠意，我個人認為最有價值的部分，是完整呈現目前日本考選文官的現況，也告訴我們各都道府縣已經開始試圖增加「中途任用」與「特別任用」的機會。
本集做簡單的重點提醒，以及聊聊我認為有趣的點。
除了考試價值外，詳實的訪談紀錄文字可說是精華，值得備考考生與對日本文官制度有興趣的人一讀。
