千呼萬喚各位鄉親我們協會法修正草案出來啦。
要我來整理的話我覺得最重要就兩大點：
1.增加特種人員公務人員協會，也對應他的管理層級。
2.得建議事項明訂參與權，得協商事項增加，而且明定勤休為得協商事項。
說實在的，這幾年的觀察下來，我變得比較逆風來看協會和工會。
我不認為協會要是「工會」，協會反而更適合成為「公會」，
公會和工會不能公工不分，所以之後有關公務員「工會」的發展，
不如就把協會法的修正當成是一個墊腳石，另外朝公務人員工會法去處理。
而要不要有和勞工一樣的工會，這又是另外的課題了。
