High Vibes Living with Jennifer

There’s so much going on in March that it is hard to know where to begin. If you have been following my facebook posts I shared one of my favorite orchestral pieces, the Parade of the Charioteers from the movie Ben-Hur. It is a piece I have played a lot when I played in orchestras and it is one of the most majestic, inspiring musical compositions. This is how I see the month of March entering the stage. I have posted a link to the Andre Rieu orchestra playing on the blog page below.There is a lot happening in March, including an eclipse, Mercury shadow retro, the spring equinox, and easter. I will start with the numbers not because they are more important than anything else but because when we have a month or year with an 11 value a lot of things are going on. March is the 3rd month in an 8 value year, and that’s an 11. Now we will have another 11 month in December 2024, so bear in mind what you learn about this month because we get a repeat of this energy in December. I know that seems far off but it is only 8 months from now. Look at how quickly the year has gone by already (well, at least parts of it).11 is a master number and the number of the spiritual initiate. This is the beginning of our initiation into spiritual integrity – not learning about spirituality but actually becoming the synergy of human and divine, spiritual and material, the integrated 3D/5D paradigm that is the soul mission of this lifetime. When we work with the 11 energy we have to learn to integrate a spiritual perspective into everything and start thinking of ourselves as aligned with spirit. Sidebar here – we do not need to master spirit, go back 1000 lifetimes and try to figure out where it all began, get rid of the ego (this is very bad advice), find another thing to heal, go on silent retreats (I would never even consider that), spend hours in meditation, or fast for a month (also not a good idea). Those activities are fine if we want to satisfy our curiosity about how much torture we can take, but they do not have any long term value when it comes to the step on our ascension path that we are being presented with and that is full integration – the merging of spiritual and material which creates a new paradigm of evolution. When I talk about dreams here I am not referring to the visions you have during your sleep that provide explanations, insight, and sometimes foreshadow events in your life. I am talking about the vision for your life, the plans, goals, wishes, and hopes that you have for what you want to be and to become, what you want in your life, and what you want to accomplish. If this subject makes you uncomfortable, you’re not alone. So often our dreams and vision for our life are met with judgment, ridicule, dismissal, criticism, denial. And when that happens we think we’re wrong, our dreams are bad or wrong, so we set them aside and do what is acceptable and accepted.A few years ago I shared the quote ‘Dreams are the music your life dances to’. How many of you are dancing or have you become permanent wallflowers, no longer dancing because the music of your soul has been silenced? You can occasionally hear the music of your dreams but it is quickly silenced by your fears and past disappointments. When are you going to start dancing to the music of your dreams again?How many of your dreams have you hidden away from everyone, even yourself, because you were afraid to show and to share them? What have you thought about every day and wished it would happen but silently and secretly feared it would not? Who do you share these dreams with that will regard them with the same anticipation and potential that you do? Probably no one.Well, you could share them with me and I would be happy to help you expand them into a beautiful reality. But that positive audience is probably very limited and maybe you’re even still remembering the criticism or ridicule you received long ago and you don’t want to go through that again. The problem is that all of you who are ascension pioneers came here to share your dreams and visions, to expand your reality and realize these bold dreams. But you also thought that sharing them and getting acknowledgement, approval, and support of those in your soul group would be part of the process. Unfortunately, the same people who hold you back today have always been your biggest detractors, your biggest judges, and your most vocal critics. It’s February and we are witnessing a change of the guard in many ways. This new month is really the fresh start we were hoping for this year because January was full of loose ends, clearing up unfinished business, major setbacks, and very heavy energy. That wasn’t surprising given that we were closing up the Pluto in Capricorn cycle, a 16 year process of upending everything in our 3D material world and preparing us for massive change on the individual and collective levels. Now that that’s over, we can start looking forward to the promise of fresh starts and new beginnings of the powerful 8 year that is 2024. In February we find ourselves in Aquarius territory and with Pluto just beginning its 20 year transit there, that energy gets an extra special blessing and attention. I don’t agree with those who say that Pluto is the planet of death, destruction, and misery. Pluto only destroys that which we have put off destroying and points out what should have been dead long ago because it is way past its use by date. Pluto prunes the dead wood, but it doesn’t touch the viable growth unless what is getting its attention is rotten from the core, then all bets are off and Pluto does what it does best – raze everything to the ground so we can start over. Haven’t we seen quite a lot of that in the past 5 years? February 2024 ushers in a 10 vibration which is the number of fresh starts and action from a place of pure potential. Simply put, it’s a time for a return to the basics, setting intention and creating miracles. Manifestation is a strong point of February but not the kind that gets us out of a jam, the kind that requires us to acknowledge our mastery and start using our energy in ways that benefit us in both the short and long term. I have been talking for a long time about how we need to stop the healing cycles, acknowledge our own path, and start moving forward in our own direction. I know that is hard to do when we are noticing how much people around us need help and support but it’s time to draw the line and make your energy boundaries strong.In February the messages is to Embrace Enlightenment as we enter this new Age of Enlightenment. But that’s a topic with many variations. As we enlighten ourselves, which means to light up our own lives, we can discover a lot of things hidden in the dark recesses where we put them so many years or lifetimes ago. Long forgotten dreams, delayed goals, plans set aside because of time, timing, events, and life itself. It’s time to get those out of their dark closets and re-visit them. Is there something you have always wanted to do, to become, or to experience? Now’s the time to consider it. Even if you are not ready to take action right now, those old dreams and goals are going to become important this year and next, so give them some room to expand. It is January and we are in a year that promises fresh starts and new beginnings. After the heavy energy of the last 4 years, and especially that of 2023, we are ready for anything that is not a repeat of the past. But before we try to move ahead too quickly January’s energy will be sending us reminders that any old business which crops up requires our attention and resolution. Completion and closure are especially important now and if we don’t want a repeat of the past we will have to give it some attention now and then. This newsletter marks my 21st year of writing and sharing these insights, resources, and information with the world. Little did I know, when I was first contacted in October 2003 by Archangel Uriel, that I would be doing this work for over 2 decades. To be honest, I thought it would be about 6 months and then I would continue with my career in business and technology. In fact, all I wanted to do was to be ‘a senior VP of IT in a fortune 50 company.’ Just goes to show that the Universe has its own plans. I don’t regret any of it, it has been an honor and a privilege to be part of this ascension cycle. But it has had its moments and we have shared a lot together. And when I was sharing the GPS 2024 theme of the SHIFT with my guides, I had to laugh because the first series I wrote in February 2004 with the first newsletter was on the shift, so we have come full circle. In the 8 year that is 2024 January’s 1 energy makes this month a 9 vibe which is the number of completion. So yes there will be times when we have to go over old ground as we prepare for new paths. That is not a bad thing, it’s simply part of life. The difference now is we can truly put the past in the past where it belongs and not have it crop up at the most inconvenient times and disrupt the present, preventing us from moving forward. My annual predictions are a deep dive into the energetic potential of the new year and I have been writing them for over 15 years. Every year, since we began this ascension cycle in late 2003 has been another level of our journey, each one has provided us with a new perspective on our mission, purpose, learning, healing, and evolution. Each one has had its challenges and its blessings, its good times, and its bad times. There were times when things looked very dark, as they have especially during the last 4 years, and somehow we managed to turn a corner and elevate to a new energy level. In the December Energy Report I wrote that we are at a pinnacle and a precipice, the pinnacle represents the final point in this journey, and the precipice is the abyss that is the ‘other’ option because at this juncture there is no gray area, it is an ‘either/or’ proposition. This is not a doom and gloom prediction, just a statement of the situation as it is. But we know where we will finish because we always have the light and another level of ascension and evolution to move us forward. We cannot talk about the new year in 2024 without mentioning one of its huge turning points, the entry of Pluto into Aquarius on January 21. Pluto’s long transit in Capricorn was our ascension testing ground, and it did test us in many ways. In 2020 we had a rare Saturn/Pluto conjunction which set off the lessons in darkness and tyranny that challenged us on every level. But 2 years later we had the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Pisces, a rare event that heralds spiritual awakening.Once again we had the light to guide our way out of the darkness and while we did not exit that part of the journey without some scratches and bruises, we did not fall into the abyss – although it felt like it came close.Our ascension journey is not a straight line, it is a spiral. And we eventually reach the top of the spiral, as we have now. At that pinnacle point we can move into a new dimensional level, and this is where we are at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024. The finish line becomes the new starting point.We have a new year celebration every January but this year is different, you can already feel the excitement of a new beginning, a fresh start, and a new paradigm. Maybe it’s because we have been through every challenge and limitation and problem in the past 4 years that we could possibly endure and we are at the end of that path and surprise, we are still standing (mostly). 2024 has some powerful energies, big opportunities, great potential, and tough choices. We really do have to limit how we’re using our energy now and who and what we are sharing it with. And forget all of that healing work, we are quickly moving away from the martyred healer work and into Empowered Mastery. But that comes with a few guidelines, such as managing our expectations of ourselves and of others, being more congruent with our own potential, and having clear and direct intentions that we resonate with. Intention is so important in 2024 that it is part of the 2024 theme of the SHIFT, more on that in a minute. Equally as important as intention is resonance, the energetic balance and synergy which ensures that what we are intending is energetically aligned with us in every way. For a long time we have created energetic balance with our own energy resources but we can no longer do that as the energy gaps are too big and our own new paradigms are too compelling. We want to be in joy, harmony, and flow, and we cannot do that when we are parsing out our energy to heal, fix, and encourage others to become energetically aligned with us. I know it is hard to relinquish a healing path we have followed for lifetimes but we cannot have 5D energetic congruence if we are stuck in 3D karma healing missions. I am happy to see 2023 end and I know many of you are too. This year has been tough but so have the past 4 years. Since 2020 we have been undergoing vast changes in the fundamental fabric of our reality, the dis-integration of 3D and the integration of 5D. But the truth is we entered this paradigm shift in 2008, when Pluto entered Capricorn, starting the second global revolution against 3D, the previous one happened in 1762.If this has changed your life in every way, don’t worry, 2024 is going to bring relief and restitution but this does not involve bringing back what we lost. That is gone forever, especially whatever was firmly rooted in 3D. What we have access to now is the ascended reality, the 5D paradigm, and new levels of awareness, enlightenment, and truth. This final week of 2024 features the final full moon of the year, a powerhouse of energy with no less than 4 Alpha Omega Portals and another farewell to the Pluto in Capricorn generation. At a time when everyone is home celebrating the holidays with family and friends, how fitting that this year’s full moon is in Cancer, the sign that rules the home and emotions. 2024 brings some monumental changes to the individual and global paradigms so get ready to step up your intention and manifestation, especially the part that involves what you receive and how you expand your reality because you are the central beneficiary in this new paradigm and your well-being is your key to success, joy, peace, love, and abundance. To anchor in this new energy and reality we need to look at how we describe these aspects because they are not appropriate for what we are moving into. I have always said that the idea of consciousness was limited because what we are really graduating into energetically is awareness. Someone who is breathing and whose eyes are open is called conscious. But when we raise our vibe, expand our field of potential, and create new possibilities for our reality, we move from consciousness to awareness. This is where we are now. Awareness happens after awakening, realization, and often, a hard dose of truth. Haven’t we had a lot of that since 2020?What is truth? It is whatever we believe is true. There is the spiritual Truth which is the truth of energy, frequency, and vibration. Everything else is an individual opinion, judgment, or an interpretation of truth. We all have our own truth and that is what we believe is true. It does not matter if no one else believes us because our truth is true for us. The problem happens when we try to justify our truth by getting others to join in and believe us, to ratify our truth by making it part of their own truth. That doesn’t go over too well. I had never really met anyone who was truly not empowered until I hosted a coaching program for women leaving prison in Kansas City. I had offered the program to an organization that provide re-integration services for these women, some of whom had been in prison for decades. The experiences I had with them, the transformation I saw in them, and the results of providing them with information on how to be empowered was inspiring and very fulfilling. If you do not think being empowered is important, you’ll understand why it has been a focus of my work for 20 years when you read or listen to this article. I know what it is like to be disempowered after spending 5 years dealing with paralysis, two of them as a total quadriplegic with no motion below my neck and having to spend 2 years in the hospital. Even as a child, it was frustrating and scary, and I was completely dependent on others to care for me. Incapable of doing the smallest thing for myself, I remember waiting to be taken care of because I simply could not take care of myself. When I volunteered to provide lifestyle coaching to an organization that worked with women leaving prison, I was not sure what I was going to encounter. I had never had any experience of people in prison and was hoping that I would be able to give them confidence, security, and some tools and resources to manage their lives. I would like to say that the effort was successful from the start but it was not. At first the women were quiet, hesitant, and not very trusting. That was understandable, given their history and the fact that some of these women had been in prison for 30 years or more. But as time went by, and I coached them twice a month for about 2 hours each session, we got to know each other and they started opening up. They saw me as someone they could trust and who was there to share information to help them. One day after I had been coaching for about 2 months, a woman named Mary approached me after our session and wanted to talk. She had just been released from a 30 year prison term for murdering her boyfriend, after she found him in bed with another woman. Mary was making an effort with the coaching and although she did not share much, she really listened. She asked me if I could help her manage the demands on her time and energy by the people in her neighborhood who were always imposing on her and she felt taken advantage of by. We talked for a while about her concerns and what she wanted to achieve with this new level of control over her connections. She said she did not want to go back to prison but she did not know how to deal with her frustration and that people simply were not listening to her when she said no. So I told her that I knew a way of saying ‘no’ that would stop that and asked if she wanted to try it. She was eager and would try anything. December starts with a huge energy wave because of 3 events that happened in the last week of November. The first was the November 27 full moon in Gemini, which I described as being ‘karma on steroids’. The second was a huge near X-class solar flare on November 28 which was a big surprise and brought in a huge influx of high vibe energy and light. And the third was November 29 when Henry Kissinger’s death was announced. Someone told me when I was hosting the Enlightening Life LIVE broadcast and the first words out of my mouth were ‘hallelujah’. I have been waiting to hear of his demise for at least 10 years. That night, when I went to bed, my guides told me to get back up because I had energy work to do. Kissinger’s death released an important and key pillar of 3D density on the planet and his removal meant that we could bring in a vast amount of light that had been blocked before. I will spend some time talking about him and his evil and monstrous impact on the world in this energy report because we must never allow this level of evil to become entrenched in our geopolitical world again. Hundreds of millions of people died because of Kissinger, whose gruesome focus on forever wars, political destabilization, and socio economic manipulation caused death and destruction around the world. Name any war, famine, depression, coup, or genocide in the last 70 years and his name is associated with it. He is also mentor to both Klaus Schwab of the WEF and George Soros. That should tell you something about the evil he embodied. But he’s dead and we are rid of him and his energy. The bright side is that there is no one to take his place, as that level of 3D density has dis-integrated and decayed into oblivion. Now we need to bring in the light to fill that 3D density block and usher in a new era and paradigm of peace. December is both a pinnacle and a precipice. We are at a pinnacle of the ascension cycle, achieving great heights of awareness and spiritual integration. But we are also at a precipice where it could all fall into the abyss of despair and dissolution because of the immense pressure of the density we fight against and the fear of failure. We have achieved huge victories in this ascension cycle but we have also made great sacrifices. And in December we have a chance to review it all before we begin a great cycle in 2024.December 2023 is a 10 numerology vibe but it’s a double 10 because as we have seen since October, the word December actually refers to 10 (deca means 10). Before the calendar was changed in 1751, March was the first month of the year and December was the 10th month. The names did not change when the months were displaced so we have a 10 value for December and this month 12 2023 is also a 10. 10 is 1 + 0, referring to the staff of action and the sphere of unlimited potential. 1 and 0 activate the morphogenic field (remember this from the IDEA – The Bridge from Intention to Manifestation program). 0 is not nothing, it is no thing, the deep stillness of absolute energetic potential which waits for our word to manifest into reality. The morphogenic field is the energetic field of pure potential, pure energy waiting to become form. This is a great place to be as we end a year and several big energy cycles. If you’re feeling relief as December starts, I’m there with you. This has not been an easy year and in fact, it has been rough since 2019. That’s when my health issues started and if you have been following me here or on social media, you know that I have suffered from extreme chronic pain for the past 4 years and have just started to see healing and get relief. It has not been pleasant. But this has been a tough year for so many of us, as we have braved health, financial, family, relationship, and other personal and professional issues. It has seemed like it would never stop, that we would never overcome the challenges and that we would never see the daylight of freedom, joy, peace, and love again after being in so much darkness. And here we are, the lights are on and it’s time for a new paradigm. December’s theme continues what we have been experiencing since August, as the rollout of energy continues to take us wider and higher into the ascension path. The farther we delve into the ascension energy the more we increase our vibration and connect with higher dimensions of energy. In August we had the inflection point, followed by September’s Convergence, October’s Catharsis, and November’s Reclamation. Now in December we have Restoration as we prepare to move into 2024, a year I believe will be so much easier and less challenging and problematic than we have seen in quite some time. And Restoration is a great theme to have in December since we have lost touch with the basic aspects of ourselves after the mayhem and madness of the past few years. From one day to the next the world changed and yes some of those changes have forever altered our world view but they have made us less trusting, les

I have long suspected that I had some serious past life issues around being a prisoner, being shackled, persecuted, tormented, judged and suffering as a result of injustice, abuse of power, persecution, and control. But I had no idea, until serious health issues forced me to look deeply within my energetic and karma core for clues to understanding why this was happening in my life and understand how far back these energetic imprints go and to what extent I have lived my life through them. For many years I joked that I must have frozen to death Ina past life because I hate being cold and I always have a jacket or sweater with me, extra clothes in my car, and am always prepared for inclement weather. I wasn’t wrong, I just didn’t know it at the time.For the past five years I have noticed this trend in my clients too, as I can always trace present life issues to past life traumas and show them how they can be healed and overcome. And these past life issues generally come up around serious life issues that they feel very challenged and disempowered by.I used to do past life readings 20 years ago and they were always interesting and highly correlated to what was going on in someone’s current lifetime. Every challenging theme in someone’s life today was a reflection of some important karmic issue from their past. Here’s one of my favorites from these past life readings out of the hundreds that I have done. (listen to the podcast for details of this karma history).In my case, some of my karmic history included a time when I starved to death in a French dungeon, where I was shackled to a wall for expressing my political beliefs. In another place which looked like ancient Sumeria, I was a powerful teacher who was enslaved by the government, persecuted, imprisoned, and eventually executed for refusing to deny my beliefs that opposed existing dogma. And in ancient Egypt I was an imprisoned queen, on public display in a cage, shackled at the ankles and used as a war trophy to intimidate and control my people by those who had overrun and occupied my country. In these past lifetimes, the person (me) was immobilized, imprisoned, and profoundly persecuted, which are powerful karmic themes for me today. November is a fresh start after October’s eclipses and that’s a welcome change. Eclipses always shake things up, reveal what’s hidden, bring situations to a head, and challenge us to find new options when what was once a permanent fixture in our lives is reduced to rubble. November brings in the 9 energy and like October, it’s double 9s because November was once the ninth month (novem means nine) and it’s the number of completion. November’s themes are Energy Reclamation and TRIM (which stands for Transformation – Release/Renewal -- Intention/Integration-- Mastery/Manifestation) and with the retrogrades ending this month, fresh starts and new perspectives are possible. November is the 11th month, but it was the ninth month in the Roman calendar. In 2023, a 7 year, November is a 9 value, the number of completion. But we need to expand the meaning of ‘being over’ – look at how 9 is written. You have the staff and the circle, 1 and 0, beginning and end. 1 is the word becoming matter and 0 is the infinite potential, the morphogenic field of energetic potential waiting for a word to materialize. This is the cycle of infinite creation. I find it interesting that basic computer binary code is written with 1 and 0. Completion is more than endings, it is being whole and lacking nothing, being finished, fulfilled, and at peace with what we can say is a perfect masterpiece. Here perfection is not measured by the outcome and there is no failure. We have achieved perfection in our performance, our participation, and in what we could accomplish. Within my definition of forgiveness, completion and closure are prominent aspects because completion allows us to move away knowing we have done all we can, and our role has been fulfilled and closure allows us to do that without guilt or shame or regrets.November’s themes are Reclamation and TRIM and both refer to how we connect, align with, and use our energy. Reclamation is the process of reclaiming your energy and it is a lot more than getting your power back. I think that we have collectively been wishing for 2023 to be over because it has been a tough year. It’s been a year of awakening and realizations, of smashed illusions at every level, and of trying to put our lives back to normal after the past 3 years of turmoil. But in spite of the challenges this year seems to have flown by and here we are at the beginning of the final quarter. October is going to bring much anticipated change and it’s a wild card month with 2 eclipses, Pluto goes direct with another US Pluto return, ascension expansion and acceleration, a growing crowd on the 4D bridge, a lot of pent up energy waiting to be released, and an expanding collective awareness that is accelerating our ascension path and the 3D/5D integration. October can be a barn burner or a page turner and maybe some of both. It’s definitely going to be interesting, and we may even get the opportunity to say ‘I told you so’ a few times. If you watched my Autumn Equinox September 23 broadcast we did a collective release and clearing of the souls, grief, and trauma energies of those who have fallen in battle in our communities, those whose lives have been taken from them, and those who died suddenly and violently. I was told by my guides to do this in my area as it has been the site of many battles since the mid-1700s. Those of you who did it noticed a big release and a change in the area you live in. This has been a release of a portion of your Portal Keeper missions, your energy anchor assignments, and your karmic connections to locations and the people in them. This clearing was something we did to facilitate the arrival of new light, energy, and frequencies. It also helped close some very ancient low frequency portals in those areas so new, higher vibe portals can open. It’s going to help start the flow of new energies now so those of you who want to go can leave, new people can move in, and it prepares the areas you will be moving to if that is what you want to do. It had to be done by the people who live there because they hold the energy codes and light keys that are specific to those areas, and they are the energy anchors and portal keepers for those areas. There is so much we have already done and there is still some work left to do but we are making progress. Energy awareness is rising to the collective consciousness and hopefully it will lead to an understanding of how energy impacts our lives, choices, and physical and emotional realities. Now you hear terms like energy frequency, vibration, high vibes, resonance, and alignment all of the time but this is relatively new. For a long time those of us who talked about energy (me since 2003) would get an eye roll or a shoulder shrug. People didn’t want to think or talk about it because until we really reached a peak level of 5D integration, our primary energy movement and awareness was emotional. But with 5D we have a much larger energy spectrum to work with and we are operating at a level far above emotions although our emotions are how we process energy so they are involved too. What happens when we cannot balance our emotional energy with our grief, trauma, and pain and our spiritual energy connection is out of whack? We turn to addictions to fill in the energy gaps and we can be addicted to anything – it is not an issue that only involves addictive substances like drugs or alcohol, we can be addicted to our own emotions too, as well as people, energies, things, outcomes, and our own guilt, shame, and grief. Addictions describe anything that we have no control over, that we have surrendered our will to. If you have addictions you know that they are in control, they are in charge, and they dictate how you will live your life. We really are powerless in the face of our addictions when we do not understand or know how to manage this energy pattern and habit. I once knew someone who was addicted to shopping. She spent thousands of dollars on clothes, shoes, and jewelry on her daily shopping trips and this was before the days of the internet. When she maxed out her credit cards, she got new ones under different names. She had a secret post office box where her mail was sent so her husband didn’t see the credit card bills. Her closets were full of new, unworn clothes with tags, and she still bought more. She was driving her family to bankruptcy but she could not stop. Budgeting was not an option, she would buy expensive jewelry, designer clothes, and anything that caught her fancy. Once I went shopping with her and there was a sale on a new brand of shapewear. There were 10 packages in the bin and she bought all 10. I asked her why she didn’t buy one or two packages and she just looked at me, slightly embarrassed. She knew what I meant but she could not answer me. One or two wasn’t enough, she had to have them all. And the next day she would buy more because the grief void filled by today’s shopping spree would be empty tomorrow.In those days she was called a ‘shopaholic’ someone who was addicted to shopping. What drove her behavior was a deep, driving need for attention, to feel special, loved, and valued. Shopping was the only thing that made her happy and buying herself things filled in the emotional black hole created by parents who did not pay attention to her, meet her needs, and who ignored her. September is a 7 vibration which is the number of the seeker so many astrologers say it’s a time for introspection, solitude, and contemplation. And I disagree strongly. To be honest, I am tired of being told to contemplate, rest, go inward, and stop every month. As an Aries this goes against my nature but just as many astrologers tell you to avoid doing anything while Mercury is retrograde, that aspect encompasses up to 39 weeks a year. Every calendar year we have a number of planets that have retrograde cycles and this year is no different. Except this year and specifically this month, we will have 7 retrograde planets and that is a lot. The only planet that is not retrograde will be Mars and it did a 3 month retrograde in Gemini in 2022, ending it the first week of January 2023. That Mars retro is significant to what is happening now, more on that later. If you wonder why I don’t mention the sun and the moon, it’s because they never go retrograde and they don’t figure in here. Technically we can include the Sun in this group of retrogrades because Venus is currently retrograde in Leo, which is ruled by the sun. So that gives us a total of 8 planets in a field of 9. I think that is significant, don’t you?What does all of this retrograde motion mean to us? Well, first of all retrogrades invite us to step back, review, use discernment, and pause before moving forward. Mercury will be retrograde, which is always a significant factor in our daily lives. If you don’t believe me think back to the last Mercury retrograde and your car broke down, you lost your keys, you tripped or fell and hurt yourself, you missed an important phone call, or something happened that upset your plans. Mercury retrograde has a way of being very inconvenient, especially when we’re rushed, in a hurry, or juggling too many things at once. Mercury retrogrades in Virgo, one of its signs of rulership, although I have always thought that Chiron should be the ruler of Virgo, especially when we consider its lower or more negative aspects of being the Martyred Healer, servitude, self-judgment, and it can be a bit OCD. This Mercury retrograde is tied to the Mars in Gemini retrograde, also another sign of Mercury rulership and this retrograde brings up our karma, soul cycles, soul groups, karma cycles, and stories in a big way.I want to introduce something I call the 4 karmic milestones, which involves the signs Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces. When I first published this article about 10 years ago it was very popular. Many people saw themselves in it and realized that the painful, unfulfilling relationships and situations they were holding onto so tightly that they did not have the time or energy for anything else were very one-sided. They knew in their hearts that someone needed them, but the other person was rejecting their efforts because they did not want them or their light or energy. It was an unbalanced attempt at resolving karmic entanglements, karmic debts, and trying to get closure in situations by creating a pre-destined resolution that just was not going to happen. We do tend to hang onto our karma with both hands but there does come a time when we need to let go and move on. This is one of those times. If you have not lost connections with many people in your life in the past three to five years, you may be counting yourself lucky, but your day of reckoning is arriving. I’m not making dire predictions here, just stating the fact that everyone has one or more relationships that are frustrating and unfulfilling because you’re trying to help or save someone, and they aren’t cooperating. Those relationships are ending now partly because the energy gaps have become too great and because we have other things to do than try to convince someone that the light path is the best one for them when they do not believe that it is. And who are we to judge, really. We think that everyone’s light path should be the same when someone could be experiencing the greatest level of spiritual growth they have ever had across all of their lifetimes and we’re discounting that because it does not conform to our idea of what that light path should be. Those who know me will laugh when they read this article because they know that paying for parking is one of my pet peeves. I think that parking should be free and I will go out of my way to look for a free parking spot, rather than paying to park my car somewhere. I can park for free at home – my car is always in the garage. So when I go somewhere I do not expect to have to pay to park the car that I had to take to get there. And yet that is rarely an option. When I was in Los Angeles with a friend recently, we drove around for fifteen minutes looking for a free parking spot. Well, I should say that I drove around looking for a free parking spot while my friend sat quietly in the passenger seat, knowing that it was useless to try to talk me out of my quest until I was satisfied that there were no free spots to be had. We eventually had to pay a nominal rate to park my car because there were no free spaces available. I had to make the choice between paying for parking ($8 an hour) or driving around looking for something that I was not going to find in Los Angeles, free parking! And if you have ever been to Los Angeles you know that parking in the wrong place can be very costly – they love their parking fines. This article is not a rant about the cost of parking, it is an introduction to a theme that we express often in our lives, usually without thinking about it. We get into a situation in our lives where we get stuck and don’t realize until much later that we have been sitting in a very expensive parking space. The cost is not monetary, although it can be, it is a cost we can measure in terms of energy, time, power, potential, and joy. If you look at life situations where you have agreed to help someone or to take on their problems or to get them out of a jam, only to find out that you are now involved up to your eyeballs and it is causing chaos and commotion in your life, you’re paying for parking. And as long as you stay in that situation your cost of parking goes up every minute. August comes in with a huge burst of energy and it leaves that way too since August 1 and August 31 are both full moon dates and these full moons come with very powerful aspects. So we have that to look forward to, we have the 8-8 Lion’s Gate, and in spite of multiple retrogrades, including personal planets venus and Mercury, it’s an action packed month (again). It’s a month for setting things right and being open to new pathways because they may just happen in spite of your best efforts to stop, delay, or prevent them. The energy theme of August is The Inflection Point and that is going to bring necessary change, even if it is not welcome, we aren’t ready, or we participate under protest. There are things that we must accomplish to stay aligned with specific energy milestones and if we aren’t doing the work or making the effort then the Universe will just take over the wheel and make sure that we get to that destination. It’s a matter of divine timing and energetic alignment right now and we each have a role to play in the ascension cycle but if we are not where we need to be, doing what we need to be doing, with the people who need to be part of that process, we will get pushed into place. It’s going to be an interesting month. August is the 8th month of the year and in 2023, which is a 7 year, we have 8 + 7 = 15, 1 + 5 = 6. Six is the number of descension, where we have access to spiritual downloads of energy and information that we need to integrate and move into our new paradigms. If you’re facing the end of a relationship or life situation you probably cringe when you hear the phrase ‘time to move on’. You may have to do that but you don’t want to. You may be facing an ending that you did not want, did not ask for, and hoped would never happen but here you are and you have to deal with it and ‘move on.’Moving on is that space between endings and beginnings, the limbo that we find ourselves in when we are forced to acknowledge that the path we are on is no longer going to work for us and we have to find something else. It’s not fun, it’s frustrating and it makes us feel helpless and powerless but we do not have other options so we have to deal with the ending and navigate our way through the limbo and learn how to move on. When we are in moving on limbo we are untethered, anchorless, and rudderless. The energetic forces that once drove our beliefs, thoughts, words, and actions are no longer appropriate or relevant. And because we are ‘moving on’ from a relationship or situation that required a huge contribution of our energy we have lost our set point and our focus which is why we can feel so purposeless, ungrounded, and anxious. After an abrupt exit from an intense karmic cycle or situation, which is what these relationships are, we feel like someone has let the air out of us. We have used so much energy for such a big purpose and been so intent on our mission that when it ends we do not know what to do. Our energy needs a new focus and if we’re not careful we will find a similar situation and jump into it in order to give our energy a focus and relieve the pressure buildup of healing energy that has nowhere to go. Remember the old adage that you should wait 2 years after a divorce or breakup to get into a new relationship? I got the title for this article and podcast from a research on US legislation I had to do so I could write a course for the University of Phoenix, whose e-business program I wrote in the early 2000s. A few years after the Patriot Act was enacted they had asked me to research and report on data safeguarding requirements under the Act. One of the requirements was called the WORM process, where WORM stands for Write Once Read Many. This process required that data could be written once and never changed but it could be read unlimited times. Once you entered the data it was permanently inscribed and could not be altered. But you could look at that data as many times as you wanted to.What an appropriate concept for how we process and handle our karma and trauma. We write it into our energy field once at the time it happened, and then we read it over and over again, each time we are in a similar situation. If you want to create your high vibes, joyful life you need to understand your WORMs of karma and trauma and deal with them. Now is better than later and a lot better than never.How do you write karma and trauma into your energy field? Let me ask you a question – do you remember the last time you had an interaction with someone in your life who has always been a source of irritation, annoyance, frustration, and anxiety? Are you afraid of re//eating this behavior with each interaction? Do you dread talking to them because you know that it’s going to be another rehash of why you’re a terrible, no-good, bad, inept, untalented, unattractive, and unsuccessful person? Do you remember the first time they made you feel that way? You wrote that experience once into your energy field and every time you think about, see, or talk to that person, that old data comes up, that situation gets repeated, and all of the energy around it rises to the surface and starts eating away at your joy, peace, and peace of mind, heart, and spirit. What came first, the energy or the experience? In this lifetime it’s the energy , in past lifetimes it’s the experience. Now it’s your turn, think of someone in your life who is a challenge and what makes them challenging. Do you remember the first time it happened? Now go farther back in your memory. Was there ever a time when you felt comfortable around them or did you always feel that you had something to prove with them, that they were a threat to you, toxic, or even dangerous? Once again I can say that I am glad a month is over. June started out OK but then as the transformation momentum built up it was like riding downhill in a car with no brakes. I’m thinking of the road to Jerome, Arizona here, on Mingus Mountain. The mountain is so steep that the road is a series of switchbacks and you have to drive back and forth in order to get to the top. Wasn’t June’s energy like that? Back and forth from past to present, reviewing past choices to make new decisions for now. Or having the past appear in front of us so we can assess its relevance and choose to move on (or not). In the Chariot card there are two sphinxes, one black and one white, representing the polarity of the spiritual and material worlds. Even though they are pulling in opposite directions the chariot is driving down the middle of the road, between past and present The driver is maintaining a firm hold on the reins and driving the chariot in the direction of his will, in spite of the opposing pull of the two sphinxes. Moving effortlessly between past and present, the spiritual and material worlds, determined direction and aligned action, freedom to choose our path. Have you ever loved someone so much that you were determined to make the relationship work out, no matter what it took?Have you ever been in a relationship where you thought everything in your life depended on it? Have you ever felt that you would die if someone wasn’t in your life (maybe not physically die but you just cannot imagine living your life without them)?Be honest, we have all had that relationship in one way or another, the one that took so much time, energy, and effort and every bit of dedication and determination we had and yet, it ended, sometimes badly. And we remember it forever.Do you still think about the one that did not work out, the big heartbreak, the one you could not help, change, or convince that you loved them?I call this big heart relationships and we have all had a ‘big heart’ towards someone. Our big heart allows us to put endless effort into the relationship no matter what it costs us emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually.Our big heart allows us to never give up even when we do not seem to be getting any rewards for our efforts. Our big heart allows us to be determined in how and who we love and we are 100% committed to showing our love and support to everyone we have a big heart for.But our big heart hides our deepest darkest secrets about love and relationships:That we are not worthy of being lovedThat no one has or will ever love usThat we will only be hurt by loveThat we must give love without getting love in returnThat we will one day realize our deepest fear that we really are unlovable, unloved, and not worthy of love.Determined love compels us to love someone, to show them how much we love them so they will love us in return, no matter what they do to us or how they treat us. This includes family, children, and those closest to us. Do you have family members who do not ‘love, honor, and respect’ you, who really treat you badly, who are disrespectful, manipulative, toxic, dishonest, and abusive and you still give them your time and energy and you do your best to show them how much you love them? Determined love is connected to our Big Heart energy because it is the fear of being unloved and unlovable that makes us continue to seek love from those who have already shown that they do not love us, or who cannot or won’t love us in a way that meets our description of love. This is a key point here. We have our own definition of love, of what we believe is loving behavior, and that meets our criteria for feeling loved. Anyone who doesn’t meet these criteria is not a loving person, as far as our love definition is concerned. Father's Day was June 18 in U.S., a day when we celebrate our relationship with our fathers. Some of us don’t have a lot to celebrate, as our fathers may have been absent, unknown, or so emotionally distant that we cannot find a reason to celebrate our relationship with them. My father has been dead for nearly 35 years and while I spent much of my life being angry with him and wondering whether he cared about me at all, I now understand so much more about him and can actually be grateful for the gifts he gave me instead of focusing on how he ignored so many opportunities to show how much he loved and cared about me. (the photo is of my father and me, taken quite a few years ago!)This year’s father’s day is especially energetically meaningful because we have Saturn retrograde in Pisces. In the astrology chart Saturn represents the father (the sun does too) especially if the relationship is challenging or has a big impact on your life. While your mother is your first and strongest karmic partner, your father follows as your number 2 karmic partner. Fathers mirror our lessons in power and love, often through their limitations instead of their abilities. My father was, as were many of the men of his generation, emotionally damaged. Orphaned during WWII at age 4 and adopted by strangers at age 7, much of his life was lived with the question of what happened to his family and why he wasn’t worthy of being with them. He was quiet, withdrawn, and emotionally disconnected. Yet, there were a few times, like the first time I was rejected by a boy I liked, and he comforted me, told me that I was beautiful and would one day find someone who loved and appreciated me, that he was loving and supportive. I wanted him to be strong and powerful, to protect me and to show me that he loved me so I could know that I was lovable. I am looking forward to this month, mainly because I really do think it’s going to be a great month and very lucky but also because I used May’s energy to figure some things out and to release some energies that I no longer want in my life. It took a long time for me to get to that place but I am here now and you may be too. There’s going to be motivation in June for you to step out of your emotional and energetic comfort zone simply because better and more joyful options are on your new horizons. June is a month for luck, stability, expansion, and joy. Its theme is to Raise the BAR and its promise is that we will get a glimpse of our joy potential but whether we step into that paradigm is the choice we have to make this month. It’s a pivot point for us and an opportunity to do what we say we want to do. Whether we really mean it by taking action is up to us.June is the 6th month of the year and the beginning of summer in the US. It’s a time when spring has set in and gardens are in full bloom, I know mine is. It’s also traditionally the wedding month because it is named after the Roman goddess Juno, wife of Zeus and mother of Mars and Vulcan, among others. She is the goddess of marriage and fertility as well as of the life force. Both warrior and mother, she represents the sacredness of our spiritual union in marriage and in the community and our willingness to protect and preserve that which we hold the most dear. June expands on the energy that we had in May, with all of the energy downloads, shifts, aspects, the eclipse and the May 19 potent new moon. As you are looking at June’s energy, think back on what you achieved in May because you are going to be building on that and using what you learned and were gifted with in May to make June extra lucky and blessed for yourself. And we have the summer solstice on June 21, Saturn retrogrades in Pisces, Pluto returns to Capricorn, and we have the potential for karma resolution with Mercury in Gemini and a lot of joy as Venus and Mars join up in fun loving Leo.In numerology June 2023 is a 4, which is a more stable and grounded energy than we had in May, which was a 3 month. 4 is grounded and solid with a firm foundation and sometimes that foundation is too firm and too grounded. The 4 can either become the comfort zone we cannot leave or the stable foundation that allows us to confidently expand into new aspects and seek new horizons of interest and potential. One thing you may notice this month is a lack of interest in what you once thought was interesting, necessary, or fun. That’s one of the byproducts of the ongoing 3D dis-integration and the old density paradigm being shredded by humanity’s spiritual and energetic awakening and 5D energy injections. The old matrix has been unplugged, unhinged, unwound, untethered, and decommissioned. It's being replaced by a new matrix of potential, possibilities, connections, resonances, and empowerment that each of us must decide to embrace. This is not a new world, it is a new paradigm and multi-dimensional reality.The cost of connection is congruent alignment with our intention and divine mission. This is important and it's why situations are ending, sometimes without your participation, as we need to plug into the new matrix and we cannot do that when we're still attached to the old one.We will learn this month just how easy or hard it is to leave our comfort zone which is not necessarily comfortable as it is familiar. We hold onto what is familiar and known, seeking comfort in the security of a clearly defined and predictable reality, afraid to venture out into a world that seeks to hurt, disempower, dismember, destroy, and devour us. Manifestation is a big buzzword. Everyone wants to know how to create their reality, to become an alchemist and turn the dense lead of their unhappiness into golden joy. Ever since the book ‘The Secret’ came out, manifestation books, coaching, and training have become popular things and manifestation coaches and teachers are a dime a dozen, you can find one on every street corner. But are they telling you the truth about manifestation and is their information really going to help you create the ‘life of your dreams’? Not really and since much of the information they share is based on fiction and not fact, it does more harm than good, and it can make you believe that you aren’t capable of manifesting your reality when you can. But you have to know the facts and stop trying to work with the fiction which appears to be easier and faster, but it isn’t.Let’s look at the fact and fiction of manifestation so you have the information and tools you need to become a master manifestor.Fiction:manifestation happens with no effort and all you have to do is wish for something and it happens. When I hear this I remember a scene from the movie, The Secret, where a young woman is standing outside a store window looking at a beautiful gold necklace. In a flash the necklace is around her neck. That is so phony and false, but many people do believe that manifestation works this way.Fact: manifestation happens as a process that involves intention and other factors that begin with something which motivates you to start the process and then keeps the energy moving in the direction of your manifestation.Fiction:manifestation is magical and special, and you need intense teaching to figure out how to use it. This is false and there is nothing magical about manifestation. It is an intentional, guided, directed process that involves energy flows, intention, and action. I don’t like using the word magical because it implies the interference or participation of third party or extra forces and that doesn’t sit well with me. In fact, it can be so easy and effortless and occur in such mundane circumstances that you wouldn’t realize you had manifested something wonderful. Then it is a matter of staying on track, avoiding distractions, and focusing your energy flows to ensure that you are aligned with your intention. Manifesting is one of your abilities because it is part of your energy management tools, so you can easily manifest your reality once youknow how to do it, have been successful a few times, and remember to use this powerful ability all of the time. Fiction: the universe has your back and it manifests for you and keeps you on track. This is fiction because the Universe does not do this and if you think that somehow, without your input, you’re going to manifest what you wanted whatever you do, no matter how little effort you put into it, you’ll be sorely disappointed. This is the sanitized, spin version of manifestation that you can get from a lot of self-appointed gurus in the new thought space and it’s wrong. It’s also how they sell you their programs by getting you to believe that they can teach you special skills to hack the process so that it happens by itself. Have you ever had an experience where you had to act quickly, boldly, and decisively and you did, even though it may have involved something dangerous and scary? But in that moment you did not consider the scary and dangerous aspects, you knew that you had to act and to do something in that moment, and you did. We call these acts of heroism and of courage and we celebrate the people who put their personal interest and safety aside and act on behalf of someone or something that has a greater immediate need. If you look on Instagram or facebook you can find many videos showing these acts of heroism. Some of the most watched and liked are those of people rushing to help a motorist stuck in a car, or rescuing an animal trapped in mud or water, workings digging an elephant out of a ditch, or compilations of fathers saving their children from harm. We celebrate these acts of courage and the people who commit them. We admire their grit, their selflessness, their bravery, quick thinking, and resourcefulness. Sometimes we wish we could be like them as we examine the parts of our lives that could use an act of courage and wonder when we’ll have the determination, heart, grit, and courage to act. We do and that moment can be now, so let me share some courage inspiring tips with you. Acts of courage require an emergency, a fearful outcome, a dire situation, and a challenge. We look for those in the physical world around us and often neglect our own world in the process. What does it take for us to leap into action, to boldly decide to act, to become completely selfless and focus on an objective while ignoring the consequences?It’s easy for us to act on behalf of others but less so when it comes to our own lives and our own life situation, no matter how dire it may be. We wait to become courageous, for our courage to build to the point where we can act, to overcome our fear, and to find a reason to make a change. We think that courage is something we do but it is something we become. Courage is an energy and the energy of courage is within us all of the time, we just need a reason to activate it. It’s now the 5th month of the year and where do you stand with respect to your intentions, plans, goals, objectives, and secret dreams for the year? Are you close, nearly there, or so far away from them that you are discouraged, depressed, and demoralized? Don’t lose hope because this month is a creative wellspring of high vibes that is going to give us the energy and opportunities to make tracks and gain traction even though we start the month with Mercury retrograde and the annual planetary retrogrades begin. Don’t be intimidated by May’s energy theme of Mastering your Matrix – because it’s a process you have been engaged with for years and now you get to add the final touches. It’s a process I call IDEA – Intend - Decide - Expand - Act.May is a 3 year in numerology – 2023 is a 7 plus 5 for May equals 12, and that breaks down to 3. But in numerology, a 3 that is a combination of 1 + 2 is a divine trinity, encompassing the values of 1 and 2, to create a whole that is ‘greater than the sum of its parts’. This month’s numerology combines our individual self-awareness with our higher consciousness, the divine partnership of self and Self, of human and spirit, of material and spiritual, integrating our divinity into our humanity. It is the ultimate objective of our soul mission – not to become soul led or soul filled, but to achieve self and soul integration, the congruent intersection of ego and spirit, the synergy of self and soul working in divine harmony for material mastery. Sounds good but how do we do that? Well, we start with understanding our own energy matrix, which is May’s theme. We need to learn to master our matrix, the different levels, types, and vibrations of energy that make up our personal energy grid. This is our personal power plant, the energy resources that support and sustain us and that we draw from with every belief, thought, word, and action. Our personal energy matrix either supports our forward movement or keeps us mired in the past. While our energy matrix is influenced by what is going on around us, it is also how we interpret energy events. For example, May begins with a Mercury retrograde that began in April. Do you dread Mercury retro or do you see it as an opportunity to see what may need some adjusting, touch-up, or a complete makeover in your life? Mercury retro will do that, especially with this one that started conjunct ‘surprise a minute’ Uranus and with Venus in Gemini, creating a synergy between self and soul that reminds us of the ever present wheel of karma that turns in our lives, an opportunity to shift from the pain of the past to joy in the present. This Mercury retro is a value proposition – to decide what has value and what is valuable to us. Many people equate Taurus and Venus with money but that is not their true focus, which is value. The recent April 21 eclipse was indeed a powerful one. A rare hybrid eclipse that began as an annular eclipse and morphed into a total eclipse that could be seen in in Australia and parts of the south pacific region. It is another astronomical phenomenon but we know it’s much more than that because it is part of a vast energy movement that has been showering us with energy shifts and downloads for the past 4 years. With a solar eclipse, which means that the dark obscures the light, the sun being covered by the moon, but don’t stop there. To eclipse something is to surpass it, to be the best in comparison to others. This eclipse is our opportunity to eclipse our karmic path and focus our light on what is most important to us. If we are not sure what that is, having to choose between the dark and the light will push us in the right direction. Just remember that while an eclipse is momentary, the effect is long lasting. I believe that we are coming out from under centuries of darkness and only now are we able to see the light and to have the awareness and spiritual maturity to choose between the dark and the light and that is happening because we are now aware of the darkness. It was never visible to us before because it was fully integrated into 3D, as we were. But as we awaken from our collective slumber, like sleeping beauty and her 100 year sleep, it is not the magical kiss of a prince that awakens us, it is the moment that the darkness is eclipsed by the light. In a total solar eclipse that is the moment after the moon has covered, or eclipsed, the sun, there is a brilliant flash of light as the sun’s light begins to show again. In our lives it is when the light becomes so bright and so strong that we must abandon our darkness and let the light in. What does it mean to be eclipsed? If you are eclipsed by someone or something it means that it overshadows you and you pale in comparison. More simply – it is better, brighter, and bigger than you are. Now think about what happens when you eclipse something – say you eclipse a challenge or a problem or you finally overcome an issue you never thought you would be able to move on from. Congratulations, you have eclipsed the darkness in your life and let in the light. But before we get too pleased with the process and you think that I am being overly simplistic about a situation, let’s take a look at what you are trying to shine the light on because like most things, it is just not quite that simple. I don’t exactly remember when I realized that I was different from most of the people in my family. Maybe it was because I was the one who was paralyzed for 5 years, or maybe it was because my brother and sister, who were 11 months apart in age, looked like twins and I looked much different. Maybe it was because I would get very angry at being lied to, unfairly blamed, or the game playing and manipulation that I experienced with my parents. I always felt like I was born into the wrong family and they were not my people. Maybe it was the feeling that other people seemed to get it in life and I just couldn’t. When I read about Indigo and Crystal energies in the late 1990s, it all began to make sense and I knew that this was my answer. Now it didn’t solve anything at the time, it just gave me an understanding and the knowledge that I was ‘different’ so I needed to do things differently. I could not conform to the status quo, so I needed to be content with creating my own paradigm for my life.I first remember reading about Indigo and Crystal energies in the late 1990s, but the term Indigo energy was first identified in the mid-1970s by Nancy Tappe, a psychic who could see auras and noticed that children born in the 1960s and 1970s had the color indigo in their auras, which she had never seen before. Now I know that the Indigo generations started arriving around the 1950s and they have been around for centuries, but it wasn’t until the 1950s that we started seeing greater numbers of them, maybe because there was a greater acceptance of all things spiritual and intuitive at the time. But after this brief reveal in the 1990s the interest in these energies disappeared and Indigo and Crystals, not liking the spotlight, were rather relieved. Their work continued, in the background for the most part, and now they are coming forward again as the need for the Indigo action and truth and the Crystal empathy and light are needed more than ever.As we go barreling forward with this ascension cycle, and we are really on a roll now, the Indigo and Crystal energies are making a comeback and it is time to bring them back into the open so they can help with the work of dis-integrating the 3D paradigm and ushering in the 5D alignments because Indigo and Crystal energy is at the 5D frequency, that’s why they have such a hard time in life. March supposedly comes ‘in like a lion and out like a lamb’ but this March came in like lion and out like a tornado. The energy movements in the last few days of March, along with some X- and M-class solar flares, shook things up and re-distributed some of the darker, denser energies, creating a lot of dis-integration and chaos. Both are aspects of the descension phase of the ascension cycle and chaos is a by product of dis-integration. We will see more of this in April as we enter a month whose theme is Rebirth into Freedom and we choose between energetic sovereignty and the continuation of karma timelines.April is an 11 month, the number of the initiate, and it will be our only 11 month in 2023. This brings heightened spiritual awareness and knowledge, usually in the form of lessons and challenges, and new potentials for healing, learning, growth, and transformation. An 11 month is both a call to acknowledge our journey and a call to action, to prepare for new potentials. These can be very challenging months and months where we quickly and easily manifest the changes we need to allow new potentials to occur. They can also be months where we learn to turn challenges into blessings and to learn how to let go of what no longer serves us, resonates with us, is relative to our new path, and restricts our ascension process.The darkness and density are giving way to the light – not without a fight, but they are retreating significantly. Don’t be fooled by what may appear to be the dark winning out – it is not. It’s safe to say that when we notice the darkness it’s because it has been displaced by light and it has to be out in the open as it can no longer hide, it has no place left to hide. The only people holding the dark energies are those who have chosen unintegrated, un-ascended 3D. When 3D was more dense and there was no 5D energy to start dis-integrating the density we did not notice that the density was there. We could not, it was completely integrated within 3D. But that is no longer the case and it is because of our 3D/5D ascension integration process that we are now able to see the density in all of its forms and they are out in force right now. Remember the energy gaps between the dark and the light, between pure, ‘unenlightened’ density and the 5D energies and light are why we are noticing so much darkness, perversion, and sheer lunacy right now. We are in the down cycle or descension aspect of this ascension journey which is a difficult place to be because this is where we do all of the inner work, the tough work that has to be done to prepare for the next ascending cycle where we rise and expand our energy. But descension leads to transcension and the 4D bridge, which leads to ascension and that is how we achieve new levels of ascension integration. Cycles are part of the process and we go through them all the time. Are you starting to be able to recognize your ascension cycles now?The descension process of the ascension cycle reminds me of the tv show ‘extreme home makeover’ where a family is chosen for a complete home remodel. The family goes away for a week and they return to a fully remodeled, often brand new home. What we don’t see in that process is the thousands of people who work 24x7 to tear down and rebuild and then fully re-decorate that home. We just see the beautiful, finished product and while they do show small glimpses of the tear down work being done, it is just enough to add a dose of theatrics – the biggest part of the dirty work is done behind the scenes. Sound familiar? So if you are struggling with the energies from March and into April, remember that the finished product is in the process of being remodeled and that what no one sees is the ‘home work’, the inner work that must done to expand our outer glow and shine our light brightly. And a side note here – as soon as we finish with one remodel we spend a few minutes enjoying our work and then we start another remodeling process. Ascension is a continuously evolving and rising spiral of energetic expansion. Everyone seems to be getting lessons in dealing with people who seem to not only disregard their needs but who do the exact opposite. What do you do with someone who appears to deliberately oppose your wishes, stand in your way and block your efforts?Their behavior is not OK and they force you into a corner. Do you come out fighting or walk away? And how do you decide what is not OK and what to do after that? Any time we are faced with a situation where someone is not giving us what we want the answer to all of our questions lies within us. That person has so much wonderful, enlightening information for us that we can understand once we move away from the ‘this is not OK’ position.Sure, their behavior may be wrong but why did we choose that experience with them and what do we have to learn from it? I have found, in many years of giving spiritual counseling, that our lessons in power are always presented in ways that make us feel powerless. What we do in that moment determines whether our next step is reconnecting to our power or holding our ground and demanding that the other person do what we want them to do.While we would like to have a more moderate outcome, where we get out needs met and the other person sees the value in that, it isn’t always possible. And the longer we stay in that situation the more challenging it is for us. Our showdown then becomes a standoff, then we are standing still, further entrenched in our demands and blind to any other outcome. While we may think that the other person is just being stubborn, they are giving us valuable information and the first question we can ask is why we are making that particular demand of them.And there is part of our answer because we generally choose the person who will not or cannot give us what we want (remember the lessons in power). I have to admit that when Saturn entered Pisces yesterday I was a bit concerned. This is not a great placement for me and in the past, Saturn in Pisces has always been a source of enormous loss, suffering, and pain. But after a day of reviewing the past and wondering where I could go and hide away for the next 3 years, I woke up this morning with a plan for this tough transit and an understanding of what it could become and I am more relieved than afraid. Karma has its downside but it has its blessings too and it arrives with gifts that we can learn from and appreciate into greater joy, understanding and freedom if we are ready.There are gifts that karma brings us and we often don’t realize it until long after we have struggled with a Saturn transit and the karmic lessons it brings with us. We see these lessons with Mercury transits to a lesser degree, but nothing can bring us down to our knees like a strong Saturn foray into our karmic past, soul groups, and karmic cycles. Saturn in Pisces seems to be particularly strong in that regard for everyone, not just those that have planets or houses that are particularly impacted by it. Saturn’s transit through Pisces, during our lifetimes, depending on when you were born, happened in 1900, 1933, 1964, 1993, and now 2023. These are approximate dates, the exact dates are more numerous since Saturn enters Pisces, then retrogrades back into Aquarius, then it moves forward again. Let’s look at some of those dates in history, 1900 was the turn of the century and the beginning of the medical tyranny that has ruled the world for over a century. You have to look at the activities of the most evil man in the world, JD Rockefeller, to understand how this began then. 1933 was the beginning of the activities that would lead to WW2. 1964 followed the assassination of John F Kennedy and the real takeover by the forces that would attempt to rule the world. That was the year I learned I would possibly be a paraplegic for life, according to my doctors, and the beginning of a 2 year hospital stay and a 5 year attempt to regain mobility. There are some really big energy events this month as well as a lot of under the surface events and we’ll have energy and potential for transformation coming at us from every angle. March may have a sort of carnival atmosphere, like when you are walking around and everyone is trying to get your attention so you spend your money on their ride or buy their merchandise. It is more than a turning point, it is an inflection point for humanity as the Great Awakening meets the New Potentials and the 3D paradigm takes its last turn around the karma circle. This month’s energy foundation is The Rendez-vous, which doesn’t mean a meeting, it means to bring yourself. And we have themes of freedom, miracles, motivation, truth, and energy mastery. No pressure here, we have gone through this before. No more rehearsals, it’s opening night and it’s time to wake up, get up, stand up, and rise up and shine. When you think of February you think of Valentine’s day and that is the main focus of the month. It’s typically the month in which our thoughts are on love, romance, and relationships whether we are celebrating what we have, regretting the ‘one that got away’, trying to forget the one that broke our heart, or hoping that our turn at love comes soon. But February is so much more than that and this month has some beautiful and powerful energy that is going to highlight this year’s Reckoning theme and present a clear ascension transition path. Have you ever felt like the calendar was wrong to start with January, often the coldest, darkest month of the year? If we celebrate the birth of the new year in nature with spring, why do we celebrate our new calendar year in the cold of winter? Until 1752 the calendar year did begin with the month of March and then it was changed to the Julian calendar which began in January. With the ‘old style’ calendar, February would have been the 12th month of the year and the final month before a new year begi,n in spring with the March Equinox. That’s why February is named after , Februus, Roman god of atonement and purification.Now this is a new focus for the month where we typically think of romance to consider a less ‘romantic’ theme to the month and make the best use of its energy. It’s fully aligned with the 2023 theme of Reckoning and the Path that we are embarking on this year. Since 2023 is a 7 year and that number represents contemplation and inner growth, as a 2 month February’s numerology is a 9, the number of completion. How appropriate and supportive for us to prepare for new growth and new beginnings in spring, which is next month’s theme. Rather than focusing on love and romance this month, which can be a challenge if you do not have a love to celebrate, we’re going to look at alchemical purification, at-onement, recalibration, and ascension energy movement. This doesn’t mean that love is out of the picture, but it does mean that we cannot continue to chase after love and continue our love patterns which include choosing healing over wholeness, perspiring instead of inspiring, and seeking our own redemption by redeeming others. I usually get these energy reports out at the first of the month but this month, as it also coincides with the beginning of the year, I decided to do something different. I published a guide to making the best use of 2023 energy for the first newsletter, as well as the 2023 annual predictions and the new GPS 2023 Program, your energy toolkit for 2023 success. And I’m glad that I waited because what has happened in the past 10 days sets the tone for this month and its multiple energy movements.First we had the new year and entry into 2023, a 7 year in numerology and a year with a lot of spiritual power. Now just because the power is there doesn’t mean that we are going to use it but we do our best and we have spent the past 3 years living through the example of what happens when we do not own, acknowledge, integrate, align with, and claim our power. What we saw in the past 3 years was the full display of the 3D paradigm whose energies are grounded in control, domination, power over, coercion, limitation, restriction, disconnection, and tyranny. Can you think of any examples of that which occurred during the past 3 years, from 2020 to 2022? Me too.January is an energy portal for the rest of the year and sets the stage for the big events that include March’s energy shifts and the Alpha Omega portal we’ll have in March and April. An Alpha Omega portal occurs when we have two new moons in the same sign, the first one at zero or 1 degree and the second one at 29 degrees. This will happen with the March and April new moons, in the same month that Saturn and Pluto change signs. That is significant.The energy theme for January is ‘Shine and Rise’ and no that isn’t backwards. We have to shine before we can rise, our understanding of our soul mission and life purpose require clarity and acceptance before we can expand into new energy potentials. It’s a new year and we are all excited about that but we are entering it from the drama, tyranny, and chaos from the past 3 years, and even thinking about joy, success, and expanding our energy can seem like an exercise in futility. And if you have been trying to make changes lately only to be stopped at every turn, the idea that 2023 could be different without a whole lot of extra and extraordinary effort is just depressing. Well, there are some depressing things about what is going on in the world but there is also a whole lot more to be joyful about. We play our part by maintaining our energy field at the frequency and vibration that we want it to be to create the reality we are intending. We also play our part by shifting our perception of the illusion from good and/or bad to light and light potential. So much of the world has already ‘seen the light’ and the rest exists in the realm of light potential. Yes there is a small group that is always going to occupy the dark edges but we can let them be, they are not part of our mission.As you are contemplating your potential for 2023 and maybe making a list of intentions for the year of what you want to be or become, things you want to accomplish, what you want to do and places you want to go, let’s bring it down to a more personal, influential level for the light stage we are on now. When I say all we have to do is shine our light I mean it. We are in the 5D integrated space now and if you notice, the people who are not aligned with 5d at any level are no longer in your sphere. What you are seeing and dealing with are the people who are like spirited, your energetic family, and those who are curious about you and your energy. They may be magnetized to you but there is not quite a fit. Sometimes we meet people who just need to know where to step onto the 4D bridge. Your job is not to guide or carry them across, just to show them where the bridge is and how to access it. And this is one of the keys to success in 2023, to know when to stop sharing our energy and let everyone walk their own path. This is probably going to be the hardest part of 2023, shifting how we interact with people and we will start that process by shifting who we are consciously and unconsciously interacting with. Did you lose connections with friends and family in the past 3 years? Has a philosophical difference created a huge rift in your relationships? Or have you realized that there are people who just do not need to be in your life any more, whether it’s because they have walked out or you have shown them the door?That’s the basis of creating your energetic family, allowing energy to become the focus of your path instead of emotions. All of our connections are based on how we feel and that is shifting to a more intentional process. Well it is the last week of 2022 and I am glad to see this year end. This has been a tough year and in fact the last 3 years, starting in 2020, have been hard for everyone. I think we all agree that we saw things happen in the world that none of us ever thought would happen. We have been witness to a facet of the ascension cycle that I think we have not done yet and that is the widening energy gap between the dark and the light. It’s so wide now you could fly a jumbo jet through it and it is going to get even bigger in 2023. I believe that this is the part of ascension that we do not realize is a key element and a confirmation that we are making enormous progress, the very clear separation of dark and light. This is the dis-integration of 3D, something you have heard me talk about for many years. The byproduct of 3D dis-integration is chaos and we have evidence of it all around us. Because 3D’s main energies are power and control, and it is literally a house of cards that can tumble down with the slightest breath of awakening and truth, unleashing the chaos and making room for the light. Now this goes against what so many have described as the divinity, peace, and connection of ascension. From these interpretations we thought that ascension would be a happy, effortless journey into the land of unicorns and fairy dust. Instead of that we got separation, disconnection, rejection, betrayal, and a full frontal exposure to a dark world we never knew existed.This final week of December 2022 ends with some of the same energy aspects as 2022 began. We have Mercury, Venus and the Sun in Capricorn, Mars retro in Gemini which is the opposite sign of Sagittarius, its January 2022 placement. In January 2022 Jupiter was at 1 Pisces and in December 22 it is at 2 Aries – another Alpha/Omega moment. The path of spiritual initiation is complete. We end as we began but far wiser, more aware, and more energetically aware, mature, and congruent than before. Our naivete and innocence may be gone but we have matured spiritually and graduated into a greater awareness of both the light and the polarity of the dark. We may look back longingly at the days where ‘ignorance is bliss’ and we could go through each day with total abandon and a lack of awareness. Have you ever said that you would love to turn back time, go back to the past and undo some choices you have made, and most importantly, give your past self some advice that would help him or her in their life. What if you could avoid the trauma, tears, grief, disappointments, and shame. What if you could be more confident, clear, self aware, and have more self esteem? What if you could give your past self 5 pieces of advice that would help him or her and erase some of the trauma you have experience in your lifetime?In the 20 years that I have been writing this blog I have never done this kind of article but I believe that it is time. I am not doing it from a place of regret, but from a place of acknowledgement of how far I have come and to have closure with the past. Because as I realize the lessons, blessings, and truth of the past I also complete the timeline and give myself closure so I no longer have to regret the past or anything that happened or did not happen. So let’s go and as you read these 5 things that I would like to tell my past self, think about what you would tell your past self today.1. Criticism and judgment are simply someone else’s opinion of you and can mirror their jealousy over who you are, your light, your gifts and talents, and your being.I wish I had know this so many years ago, starting during my childhood, when I believed that it was my fault that someone took issue with what I did or said. had I considered that it was possible to ignore them, I would have not responded by dimming my light, trying to please them, or believing that I was in the wrong every time. I would have been more protective of myself rather than dismissing myself because it appeared that someone took issue with me. Now criticism and jealousy were part of my family dynamic so taking a stand against it was not always possible when I was younger. I get that. But it was a possibility when I was older and I let myself be swayed, manipulated, and muted by it far too much and for far too long. And the jealousy came from people I wanted to love and accept me so instead of shielding myself from them and their energy, I tried to compensate for their jealousy by being less of myself. As you know, that doesn’t work. The result was that I turned away from my highest potential and opportunities that my well honed ‘jealousy radar’ knew would create another level of criticism and judgment. Until one day I decided that I was no longer going to do that. I was going to let my light shine no matter what anyone thought or said about it. And that is exactly what I would tell my past self – shine your light as brightly as possible, no matter what. 2. People will talk about you so give them something positive to talk about because there is nothing wrong with you. This one is especially poignant for me because I was often the topic of looks and whispers as a child as I was physically handicapped by the vaccine induced paralysis that would change my life forever. The morning of November 22, 1963 I went to school a happy child who loved to learn and who wanted to become a ballerina. By that evening I was paralyzed from the neck down and the last thing I remember for the next week was lying on the back seat of my parents’ car looking at the stars in the sky. When I awoke from a coma a week later I saw my parents and the doctor talking and heard the doctor say that I would never walk again. I was determined to prove him wrong and I did. But it did not happen for another 5 years. I was in the hospital for 2 years. No more school, no more ballet dreams, and no more walking or motion of any kind. It is truly a miracle that I can walk and move today although I have not fully recovered and never will.After I was released from the hospital I had to be in a wheelchair because I still could not walk, I had no movement from the waist down. Eventually I could walk with braces that went from my hip to my ankle and were fastened to brown orthopedic shoes (no cute velvet mary jane shoes for me) and crutches. I was stared at a lot. It was unusual to see a handicapped child so people stared and whispered. I could hear them asking each other ‘what was wrong with me’. I grew to hate being looked at and that expanded to being the center of attention. When I was in my corporate career I hated being the center of attention or in a situation where everyone was looking at me and yet I was often the lead in technical projects, in organizations, and in high level positions. I managed to perform because I had a strong work ethic, I loved my work, and I wanted to do well but it was hard. I was always in doubt about what people really thought about me and whether I was Ok or was there something wrong with me.I would remind my past self that the brightest lights get noticed and that doesn’t mean there is something wrong. 3. I am publishing the December Energy Report a few days late but it is not by accident. I had it ready to go on December first but I also got the message to wait for a few days because there would be more to add. So I did because I have learned to follow my guidance. Then on December 2 we had a rare and beautiful aspect between the moon at 1 Aries and Jupiter at 29 Pisces, something I have called an Alpha/Omega portal. Usually I talk about these when there are two new moons in the same sign, the first at 1 degree and the second at 29 degrees. Here we have a much bigger aspect between the moon, ruler of our emotions, and Jupiter, ruler of higher thought, spirituality as an intentional path, which has only happened 9 times since the year 1 (I checked). Most recently, this aspect happened in January 1845, July 1913, and September 2010. September 2010 is the one we can all relate to because it happened in our lifetime. I remember that period, it was a rather crazy time as the internet was becoming more mainstream, social media was taking off, and everyone was selling the best way to do online marketing (usually with a lot of hype and not much substance). On December 2 we saw evidence of serious crimes using social media platforms and the clear evidence of the illegal use of social platforms to target people. The Alpha/Omega moment is a full circle, a becoming 360 moment of action and consequences. It has been intense and rather revealing and this is a milestone on our ascension path, a full revelation of the dark by the light. It created a lot of awakening too. This is going to continue through 2023 so it’s not an isolated incident. The dominos have begun to fall.2022 is nearly over and I am probably not the only person who reads that with a sigh of relief. What a tough year this has been and it is just one more in the past 2 challenging years. Since 2020 we have been bombarded with energy and tough astro aspects that have historically always heralded huge changes in humanity, society, and in the world when they happened. We had the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn, the Saturn/Uranus square, Jupiter conjunct Neptune in Pisces, and the US and global Pluto return. And in January 2022 we began Ascension 2.0, a new ascension cycle. That’s a lot and it is just some of the big ones, there were many more. It’s a lot to happen in a very short period of time. We’re all battle worn and weary and we need a break. We’ll get that in December, along with a call to action that is more about inspiration than perspiration, expanding wonderful rather than doing more worry and work, and turning trauma into triumph. I have read comments from astrologers and people who issue predictions about December and they say to sit back, wait, and ponder. No thanks and I disagree. You can do that if you want to but I’m going to use the wonderful, creative, inspiring energy of December to close some doors and open new portals. I looked up the tarot card and 7 of the major arcana is the chariot, hardly a vehicle for sitting back and waiting. When I think of chariots I think of the film Ben Hur and the chariot race, one of the more thrilling action scenes in film history. . I have some joyful energy to bring into my life and clean out the dust of these past few years. I am ready for a fresh start and a new beginning at a new vibe, are you? When I was young my mother listened to old country songs and one of the songs had the chorus “if I knew then what I know now”. I thought that was rather silly because you could not go back to the past with the knowledge from the present. But it was an interesting thought and when I got older I remembered that phrase and more than once, I wished that I could go back in time and tell my past self what I had learned so she could avoid making certain choices. The things we secretly hope and dream of if we could just turn back time. How often have you said those words to yourself? The relationship we would leave or would work harder to keep.The words we would say or would keep to ourselves.The choices we would make or avoidWhat would we do if we could turn back time, go back to the past, do-over portions of our life, and especially, not make certain choices? But while we think about these things we also know they are just pipe dreams. There is no way to turn back time, to undo what has been done, or to re-do a choice or action. The past is a fixed moment in time. We cannot undo the past or go back to it and the only reason we would want to is because we think that somehow we could undo the lessons and experiences of the past and have a much different present. Just imagine if we had not said yes, or said no, made a different choice, or realized how important the choice we were making at that moment, which we thought was inconsequential, was actually one of the most important choices of our life. If there is anything that is immovable, unchangeable, and set in stone in our lives, it is the past. There is nothing we can do to change what once happened but there is something we can do to change the effect the past has on our life in the present. We cannot time travel to fix the past but we can use our timelines to shift what is happening today and to create transformation. The secret to time travel, to turning back time, to knowing something new, is in understanding timelines.Timelines are the linear expression of an energetic imprint. A timeline is the outcome of an energetic event that sets us on a specific path and that path and its energy determines the frequency, vibration, and flow of our life’s energy and all of its connections.The timeline continues on autopilot, sometimes like a runaway train or an avalanche that wipes out everything in its path, until we decide we have had enough of that and we want something different.Then that timeline starts losing energy until it comes to a full stop – it has run out of energy road. And now we have two choices – to restart that time line with a rebirth (renaissance is one word people like to use) or to create a new timeline.We can always restart an old timeline by going back to it but it doesn’t feel the same, everything is off balance and different, and we feel stuck and out of place. There is an old saying that says ‘it is always darkest before the dawn’. If you have been up around 5AM, just before sunrise, you know this is true. There is a period during the night when it gets very quiet, even the animals that roam during the night are still. The birds are not awake yet and there is no sound. It is in this moment that it is the darkest and the world is poised and waiting for the sun to rise. And in our lives and with our life challenges we go through a similar process except while we’re fairly certain the sun will rise and there will be a dawn, we cannot always be sure in our lives but we must, because the light brings the dawn of new understanding to us just as the light brings the dawn and a new day for the world.If you have ever been through a challenging time in your life you know that at some point things look really bleak. There is no hope, you do not know what to do, you feel lost, stuck, and hopeless. You begin to question your motives, power, and choices. You look for blame and then move into shame and guilt and start judging yourself and every choice you have ever made in your life. You feel stupid, ignorant, and totally clueless. What was I thinking, how did I let this happen to me, and what am I going to do to get out of this mess?Sound familiar? It should because we have all been through it. We all go through spasms of self-doubt, fear, judgment, and condemnation when our lives get turned upside down. What we thought was an innocent and clearly beneficial move or choice turns into a tsunami of results that we don’t want, each one worse than the one before. What happened? How do our lives get turned upside down and why? We don’t deliberately choose to suffer and yet that seems to be part of the process, by design. Well, it is in a way but the design is really to get us to shift the energy vibe and move the timeline to a different frequency. And that is part of a process of initiation, what I call the Path of Spiritual Initiation, a concept I initially introduced in 2004. It’s our spiritual pilgrimage journey from dark to light, from despair to directed action, and from victim to victor. I call it ‘the 5 steps that can change your life’ and it’s true because the process does change your life, as it nudges you towards the activation of your energetic awareness and sovereignty. But the way it happens is not very empowering, usually taking you to the darkest night of the soul in the hopes that you will find the light within yourself to ignite the dawn of a new awareness. Now take note, it is not one single journey, it is the path that every single experience takes because everything is part of our personal journey from dark to light, which is a shift in energetic frequency and vibration and not a test of our ability to withstand tremendous, sustained suffering.If we understood the Path of Spiritual Initiation we would get through this suffering a lot faster because we would understand the reasons and purpose of the lessons. We would also understand what we have to do to stop them and move into the enlightenment and beyond stages. Of course we want to do that but we often want too much too quickly, we wait too long to acknowledge the spiritual initiation process and then we have to create a miracle to fix the situation. There is something that happens when people move beyond the awakening stage into awareness and acknowledgement. Their initial awakened state of anger turns into empowered purpose (if they can move beyond the anger) and they have extreme clarity where they were once blind to a situation. This kind of awareness is a gift of awakening and it carries with it the knowledge that once awakened, you never go back to sleep. That is why so many people hesitate to set foot on the 4D bridge because they know that once they do they can never return to full 3D ignorance, illusion, density, and limitation. For some that is a blessing, for others it is the very reason why they are more than happy to stay in the darkness and density of 3D. You are familiar with the expression ‘as within, so without, as above, so below’. It means that there is a mirror effect that exists in everything. Our inner world is reflected in our outer world. What exists in spirit is mirrored on the earth and within each one of us. This is the Law of Divine Oneness, the first of the 13 Universal Laws. We understand the concept of energetics when we realize that the earth is a huge energy field and we are all connected to it, to each other, and to spirit through this energy field. The energy field is impacted by all sorts of things including our energy and what is going on within countries and populations but it is also impacted by what is going on in our skies. The planets also exert a powerful influence on the earth’s energy field and on each of us. And if you do not think this is true wait until the next Mercury retrograde and all of the life disruptions that this period can create. Did you know that the tides of the earth’s seas and oceans are governed by the moon’s cycles? The planets definitely have an impact on every aspect of our reality.These planetary impacts can be subtle or direct and occasionally we get a lightning bolt of energy in the form of an eclipse that shakes everything up. I am a creature of habit and I do not like to have my habits interfered with. I have a morning habit, a bedtime habit, I have work habits, and I have many energy habits. Habits establish routine, they help us navigate our lives and they give our reality a sense of stability. But habits can become ruts and when we are faced with change, our habits become the sticky point in our transcension process. When it’s time to change we have to make changes and to be willing to dis-integrate the stable reality our habits have created to allow for transformation. It isn’t easy to change a habit as you know if you have habits like I do. I laughingly call myself a creature of habit because I always do things in a specific way. My morning routine is especially habitual. I get up, make coffee and drink one cup, then I eat breakfast, clean the kitchen, empty the dishwasher if it needs it, and then get ready for the day. Now if I do not do those things in the same order one day, my entire day feels out of whack. Are you like this too?Sometimes our habits keep us locked into mindsets, energy patterns, and activities that are not beneficial, efficient, or productive. But it isn’t until a big problem arises that we consider altering our habits and even then, we do it under extreme protest. It isn’t our fault because as I said, habits create stability so changing our habits destabilizes our lives in some way and then we have to learn to do things in a different way. No one likes to do that.I am experiencing this in my life and especially in my business, for the past few months. If you follow me on facebook you know that in August my laptop crashed in a spectacular way, completely erasing the hard drive. I did not lose any data because I have multiple backup systems but I had that laptop for 5 years and I was used to it. I liked the screen, the way the keyboard worked, and I had everything on it arranged the way I liked it. I had to reconfigure another laptop and a desktop to work on and it’s OK but it has taken time for me to get used to it. I am so glad that September is over. Some months are harder than others and September was one of those long months with one OMG event after another. If we’re so far ahead on the ascension journey why isn’t it being reflected in what’s going on in the planet? It is but we’re looking for more examples of what we believe are evidence of the light when we really need to be celebrating the revelation of the dark. October’s a mixed bag of energy, up and down, tough and easy, with more reveals and truth, and its theme is A.I.M – align, integrate, master, and its message is to ‘Rev it UP’, a message to us to take a step forward and move out of our own darkness enough to step into the light. October is a juggling act with a wide variety of energy movements and we are in the center ring.October promises some excitement with a long list of energy shifts and as I write this, we have already had 2 X-class and 3 M-Class solar flares and the energy is building. We get some relief as Mercury goes direct on October 2 and some of the heavy retro energy begins to shift as early as October 8, when Pluto goes direct on October 8.For the next 3 months, we are going to be catching up on opportunities and seeing the potential portals opening up again after a long dry spell. It’s time and we’re ready. The spiritual pilgrimage energy of September continues in October, reminding us of our journey of initiation into spirit. This is our life purpose or, more accurately, the purpose of our life. I know the term ‘finding your life purpose’ has a lot of emotional cachet but we need to focus more on the soul mission aspect of our lives and less on life purpose because it’s the soul mission we came to accomplish.Our life is the purpose of that mission’s fulfillment.But this is not a time to jump into the first thing that presents itself to us just because we’re so ready to do something and get ourselves out of whatever energetic logjam we’re in. This is a time for purposeful action, divine movement into intentional and orderly outcomes that flow from our potential into possibilities. We can override our impatience with spiritual maturity because we know that divine timing is not concerned with time, it moves according to energy flows and seeks to create the most perfectly aligned, benevolent outcome. I always think of BB King’s signature song, ‘The Thrill is Gone’ when I hear about relationship breakups because while we have to go through the process of ending it, it actually ended long before that, when the thrill was gone, when we no longer felt the same way about someone, when we realized that something had changed and we just were no longer on the same path. If we ever were – more on that in a minute.Some time ago a friend who was faced with a relationship dilemma called and asked for my advice. She was romantically involved with a man who was in love with her but she didn’t love him. She didn’t know what to do because although she had tried to honor his feelings, she simply did not feel the same way about him. And she felt guilty because he was so nice and tried so hard to show her how much he loved her and wanted the relationship but she felt smothered and ‘too loved’. The thrill had gone for her but not for him. She felt responsible for his feelings and guilty because she could not reciprocate them. But she also did not want to continue with a relationship that had little value for her. What should she do?At the beginning of the relationship they were on the same path and then they were not. You know how it is when you meet someone, it’s great while you’re in that blind phase of first love but then reality sets in and you start looking at someone in a different way. This isn’t isolated to new connections, it is happening with every connection.When the connection point is shifted because someone or something changes we have to set a new level of connection or end the relationship. It is no longer serving us and we need to move on. So how do we end it in a nice, respectful way? How do we avoid hurting someone’s feelings or making them feel bad? That becomes the focus of our decision instead of what is right and best for us. While it’s nice to be nice, it’s not a good idea to base our choices on how someone may react to them or feel about them which is something we do not know. Are we responsible for others’ feelings? Is it true that because someone feels one way about us that we need to try to match their feelings, even if we don’t share them? Is this a test of our ability to love or is it a test of our ability to honor our own feelings? If you do not like change and get paralyzed by indecision when you have to consider choices and make decisions you probably won’t feel too comfortable with this article and podcast because it involves the inevitability of change and how the forces of change compel us to change even when we don’t want to. This is not out of our control but remember we are guided by our soul mission and when we resist change we’re engaged in a battle between the ego and the soul and that is rarely pleasant. What compels us to make changes in our life? Sometimes it is what other people do and the choices that they make. I have counseled many clients who were going about their daily lives and then they had to make changes because their partner cheated on them, or left, or died, or made a choice that they could not align with and the change had to occur.Sometimes we change when we have had enough of a situation and one day we decide we’re done with the status quo.Other times we decide we’re going to change and we go for it, only to find that we didn’t choose wisely because we didn’t get the outcome we wanted. Is that the truth or did we try to choose something we were not aligned with or could not create or we are in the habit of second guessing every choice. When we second guess our actions it’s from the point of completion, after the change has been made. We forget our thoughts, mindset, and beliefs at the time we were considering that action. At the time it was probably the most obvious action, the only action we would consider, or the only action that we thought had any chance of success. Later, when we have different options available to us, we think we made a wrong choice but we didn’t. We made the right choice at that time.If we look at change we have to look at the path of change and that has 4 parts, Beliefs Potential Possibilities ConsequencesIf we’re going to make a change our belief system has to support it or it just won’t happen. Do you ever wonder why you procrastinate a lot when you try to make a decision? It’s because the choices you are considering are not aligned with your belief system. There is another reason that I’ll talk about in a few minutes. But first you have to consider what you believe about your choices if you have trouble taking action. We need to believe that we can successfully act on our choices to be successful. Otherwise, we won’t have any confidence and we won’t make any changes. We need to see some kind of positive, uplifting, fulfilling, and satisfactory potential in the change or we won’t do it because it will be like stepping in a black hole. Why would we upset our lives in that way if we are not going to have any idea how the outcomes that we are creating are going to create change that we like and can live with.The possibilities of our potentials is critical because no matter how much potential something has, if we do not believe that it is possible, it won’t happen. Someone could tell you that you have the ability to be a trapeze artist but if you are afraid of heights it won’t happen, it just won’t be possible. It is important to explore our possibilities as we set intentions and open the path to change because without the alignment of our possibilities we won’t allow change to happen. No matter how exciting the potential may be, if there is not a matching possibility in our belief system, we will not do it.And then there is our good friend, consequences. We do not think about consequences very much, or only when we have an accident or something happens to us. We call those consequences and yet consequences are part of every change and choice, every decision, and every action we take. Every action has a consequence, which is also a universal law, the Law of Cause and Effect.Believe it or not, because it is true, consequences are what we use to decide on our choices, actions, changes, the paths we will take, and the potentials that we will allow to manifest. months because they are what you are going to be working with all month. In particular, the divine action mantra of August – “I AM I CAN I WILL’ becomes our action plan for September. The energy theme for September is “It’s time to shine” and my thoughts on this topic may surprise you but I think you’ll agree that we have hidden, dimmed, and blocked our lights long enough. We are ready to go and to glow.September has some unique energy aspects and it’s a step in a new direction as well as a pilgrimage of spiritual initiation that moves us into new areas of spiritual awareness and understanding. You do not have to look far to see examples of 5D everywhere around you. Even in the darkest places the light of spiritual truth and justice is shining. And we can’t forget the Mercury retrograde this month which is going to remind us that taking extra care with our travel and communications is a good idea. This month it’s time for action as we have a powerful Mars placement that is going to be helpful in initiating quick releases of what is no longer aligned with our intention and quick replacement with something else. I know a lot of astrologers tell you to go within, month after month, and take care of your inner work but I’m telling you the opposite. The time to go within is over and we need to stop retreating to our inner sanctums and start showing the world what we’ve got. How can we know if our healing work is completed if we never take action?It’s a powerful month with a lot of potential and should we choose to undertake our pilgrimage, a journey of spiritual initiation, it may reveal new potentials that we never considered and provide a level of completion and closure that frees us from the bondage of karma, grief, guilt, shame, and our most powerful limiters.September’s theme is ‘It is time to shine’ and I’m announcing that your time is here. It does not matter why you have been holding back or have been held back, a new paradigm of learning and teaching is necessary now. For the nearly 20 years that I have been a spiritual mentor, teacher, and guide, I have watched as many people came to the forefront and others were left out. People who were blessed with powerful gifts, messages, and abilities could not seem to get into the spotlight and were relegated to standing in the wings. I wondered about that and as I saw scores of people who did not deserve the accolades they were receiving becoming icons in their field. People who built their businesses with work stolen from others (like my content thief Christine Kane), who abused their gifts, who took advantage of people, who said things that were not true, who pretended to channel spiritual beings and who built large cult followings, who appropriated native American teachings to the detriment of some of their followers whose blind trust led to their deaths, who manipulated weak, confused, and needy people into believing that they had all of the answers and they could have them too, for a hefty price. In 2005 I said in a channeled message from Archangel Uriel that there would come a time when the teachers the world has celebrated would be replaced with new, compassionate, legitimate teachers and that time has come. The spiritual industry has become a media commodity that only a few select are chosen to participate in while gifted teachers, healers, authors, and way showers struggle. And that time is over. It is time to shine, to break free from the bonds of the Martyred Healer and the healing work that has bound our energy for decades in this lifetime and in countless past lifetimes, to claim our energetic sand shine our own light. A few years ago I wrote that 'We cannot heal the world by putting ourselves on the cross'. This refers to the end of the Martyred Healer paradigm in which we sacrifice ourselves, our joy, peace of mind and heart in the name of our 'light work', and open ourselves to the Christed Awareness paradigm.It's a graduation where we become empowered, joyful, light leaders, embodying the sacred and powerful divinity that forces us to choose between being in service as a servant to others in self limiting sacrifice and the Martyred Healer or of service as a source of inspiration in empowered mastery. We make this choice, usually unconsciously, every day and in every situation. The choices we consider as being possibilities are determined by our beliefs, what we believe is true and what we believe is possible. To achieve transformation we must be willing to embody new beliefs - not just think they are a good idea but truly align with, integrate, and embody them as our new belief path.To embody new beliefs we must be willing to let go of our 'sacred cows', ingrained beliefs whose release comes at the cost of changing everything we know about ourselves and the world. It's a tough choice. A few people accused me of being disrespectful of Jesus on the cross with my comment and that's not what I meant at all. But the image of the crucifixion is the Martyred Healer's logo and that is one of the 'sacred cows' we're going to have to let go of now. Why, with everything else that Jesus did, is the cross his enduring legacy?Why not focus on the miracles, the insistence that he was no greater than any of us, the 'many mansions' that we have access to, and the divinity which was his parting gift to us? If you were struggling in July you will get some relief in August and then some. We have had some very rare and historic aspects in the past few years but the one that opens August has not happened since 324 BC. This is a clean-up month which is good for clear outs and fresh starts and with the ongoing energy movements that have been building since January the changes that I have been saying would happen this summer are on the way. It’s a month to shore up our energy boundaries and maintain our energetic integrity because anything can happen.August has important themes of intentional action including motivation, movement, and mastery. We have to acknowledge our own mastery because no one is going to do it for us. It is time for us to stop turning in circles, asking for permission, wondering when things will happen and just get started.The August mantra came to me yesterday as I was thinking about the energy of this month and what it means to us. The mantra is I AM I CAN I WILLLet’s look at those phrases in more detail:I AM is the full embodiment of our self that is healed, whole, and congruent. It is the first foundation of our mastery that allows full integration with our highest potential. I AM is the synergy between potential and possibilities. I CAN is the full embodiment of our belief that is clear, undiluted, and unashamed. It is the second foundation of our mastery and is essential to creating the clarity that allows us to apply our wisdom to inspired intention.I WILL is the full embodiment of our action that is intentional, directed, and purposeful. It is the third foundation of our mastery and is essential to our physical and spiritual movement. Without will we are paralyzed by fear and limited by inaction. I WILL allows us to move energy and expand our reality into higher energetic frequencies and vibrations.Let’s look at how this applies to August, a rare month indeed. I have been saying for many years that ascension is a relay race, it is not a marathon. The marathon stage was required in the early decades of this ascension cycle but not any more. We are now in the second phase of the ascension cycle and it’s time for a change. If you have been feeling like you want to drop everything you are doing and do something else, it’s perfectly normal. We entered this ascension cycle on April 13. 2003 and we started ascension 2.0 on January 20, 2022. We are ready for a change of the guard.How long and difficult has this journey been for those who have been running the ascension marathon? When I started this journey of spiritual and energy mentorship in October 2003 I thought it would be for six months, maybe seven. I had no idea that 20 years later I would still be writing, channeling, bringing in new information, and leading the ascension and energy awareness movement for millions of people. I thought I would publish a few articles and my role would be over. I did not know that I was part of ushering in a new paradigm for humanity and that this was just the beginning. For me it has been 20 years of service and sacrifice, of great suffering and sadness along with great joy. Like you I have lived in places as an energy anchor and portal keeper, waiting for the day when I could leave to live somewhere where I could be happy, in a community of people that I resonated with energetically and spiritually, and where my life was not such a struggle. I have been running the marathon, now it is time for a change.That has not happened for me quite yet but I know it is coming and I know it is coming for you too because it is time to pass the baton.Now this does not mean that we are abandoning our spiritual work because are not. We are giving the next generation of spiritual workers, healers, light bearers, and ascension an opportunity to step up and to do their own spiritual work so they can participate in this ascension cycle. We, the early pioneers, portal keepers, and energy anchors, are not the ‘last hope’ for ascension, not at all. We are the energy anchors for the 5D energy that ascension requires and we have established that foundation so now we can let others come in and participate in the mission. We have been the Portal Keepers for our karma groups, holding light and the dark energy escrow energy on their behalf.We have been energy anchors in the homes and communities we live in, conduits and containers for a higher frequency energy.And now we are ready to turn over the keys to a new group because they need to do that as part of their own soul mission. If we stay on the job for too long we do not give them the opportunity that they need to share their gifts, to add their energetic signature to the journey, and to fulfill their own Source contracts.While we have been running the marathon, they have been preparing for the race and learning from us. Now it’s time for them to shine too and they are ready and waiting for the baton to be handed to them. But that doesn’t mean we go out to pasture.
