Show Notes

Confidence is the trust in yourself and your abilities, and is the core of reaching your potential. To build your confidence, it is important you are on your own side, not on your own case. On your case means you are overly critical, negative and never satisfied. On your side, means you are rationale, realistic, and encourage yourself. To be on your own side more, focus on learning over beating yourself up.

Quote of the Week: "It is confidence in our bodies, minds and spirits that allows us to keep looking for new adventures." Oprah

This Week's Power Phrase: "I am on my own side and keep learning and growing."
