I hope you are rolling into this new week with motivation & fire under you as you fight the good fight of navigating freedom from disordered eating.

Reality -> breaking free from controlling thoughts & behaviors is tough! & the fact that you are hanging in there is proof that freedom from this CAN & WILL happen in your life.

In today's episode, I discuss the 4 "P's" that are pivotal in your recovery journey, & perfection is NOT one of them!

You see, maybe you don't have the full & complete roadmap to recovery "just yet", but with these 4 critical elements you will be that much closer to finding the freedom you so desperately deserve.

I believe, the biggest lie about your purpose is that you find it. You don't FIND purpose, you CHOOSE purpose. Sister, you were created for a PURPOSE. Stop spending one more day at war with yourself & your body, so that you can leap into the freedom of your future....leaving ED behind once & for all!
