We are in the seventh week of our Moving home series and today we are continuing our conversation on Family, which we began talking about last week.The enemy is at work to destroy the unity we have as a family by using the tool of division. We have a special day planned for week six of our current series, Moving Home. Not only are we talking about what we are called to do as part of God’s family, but we are also celebrating together the new life-transformation that is expressed through the act of baptism. Secondly, we have a very exciting announcement to share with you concerning our Prescott Valley Campus. For week five of Moving Home, we’re continuing to go through the Bible as one unified story together. Join us for a meaningful time together as we look at who Jesus is throughout the narrative of scripture. Get ready to lean in with us this morning.

If you joined us last week, you might remember talking about Runaways. As we move into week four of Moving Home, we see how God is bringing rescue from our wayward brokenness.In the same way that God built a nation out of Israel, He is building a nation in us today. The foundation of the nation is not the land itself. Instead, it is God's people and His love for us.

For week three of Moving Home, we’re continuing to go through the Bible as one unified story together. Join us for a meaningful time together as we look at Runaways, the disjointed partnership with God, and see that on the other side there is still hope.

For week 2 of our current series, “Moving Home”, we are discussing the topic of what God originally intended home to be. Where do we fit within the story and within the purpose that God deliberately designed us for?Make sure to focus in as we talk about how home is the heart of our purpose and our identity. Home is not a place, instead It’s God’s presence living within you.

Week four of our series on generosity focuses in on the words that we speak and the generosity that flows from them. Words are everywhere; common within our everyday life and even our entire world. Our words are filled with influence, having the potential to fill others with life or with ruin. This week we are taking practical steps towards embracing words that breathe life into the people around us. Would those who are around you say that you’re generous with your words? Whether your answer is yes or no, make sure to stick around to hear about how you can begin to uplift others through the generous power of your words.

We are in the third week of our series on generosity, where we direct our attention to the idea that a generous soul is a reflection of a generous God. This week we continue to step into actionable steps for embracing the abundant generosity of God throughout different areas of our life.Today we are centering our focus on the topic of generosity through the evaluation of our time. We need to redefine the opportunities that fill our time and shift our point-of-view to see opportunity as the full, rewarding life that God wants for you. A wise person makes the most out of every opportunity. How are you going to step into the enriching life that God has on reserve for you?

Last week we kicked off a new series that focuses on the idea that a generous soul is a reflection of a generous God. Each week, we are taking practical steps to embrace God’s abundant generosity throughout different areas of our life.Today, we look at generosity from a different perspective, focusing on the generosity of the Gospel. To be able to live generously with joy, we must first give thanks for the generosity in the Gospel. The generous Gospel impacts us on a personal level that transforms the way we live.

We’re jumping right into a brand new teaching series called, The Way. Throughout the next year, we are focusing on spiritual habits that form us. In this series, we are honing in on the topic of generosity. This week we are specifically looking at the generosity of God along with His nature and character that is on display all throughout the bible.The character of God is generous, but too often we don’t slow down long enough to see it. This week, through thanksgiving and gratitude, we begin to see an avenue in which we can begin to catch the generous nature of God. Today we had the opportunity to share in the celebration of baptism with one another. In part with the life given to us anew in Christ, we get to hear a special teaching from guest speaker, Bob Hoyt. Can you believe that we are already in our 4th week of ‘Castles of Sand’? We have loved this practical series, helping us to find rhythms to stand on as we build a solid foundation in 2021. This week we discuss the topic of forgiveness. In Matthew 6:12 we see that there is a daily happening of seeking forgiveness of our debts, as we forgive our debaters. Within that happening, there is a releasing of debts from both us and God.This week we are challenged to constructively pursue forgiveness in your soul for someone who has wronged you. Week four of A Reason For Hope focuses on the topic of Peace.As a peacemaker, you have been given the raw materials to make something new. In week two of our Advent series, A Reason For Hope, we lean into the period of waiting that took place while anticipating the arrival of Jesus. This week we launch our new series, "A Reason For Hope". In this series, we focus on the season of advent; looking both behind us and in front of us with anticipation of the arrival of Jesus. In this season, we have a reason for the hope that we have.Today we are focusing on having gratitude in the present and hope for the future because of the truth from the past. In a culture that is surrounded by noise, we are invited to make it our ambition to lead a quiet soul, which is the result of a quiet life. How is it that we are to enter into a tranquil, calm, quiet life? That is exactly what Pastor Ron talks about in his teaching titled, "A Quiet Life".In this season of life, it's easy to find ourselves busy and distracted from the things that God has placed before us. We are greatly encouraged today as we face our fears and run towards them, knowing that God is with us and that God is for us. Today Pastor John walks us through the character and nature of God. As we read about who God says that he is, we can better understand the God who is walking with us, even as we face our fears.Because of the character of God and because he is the foundation of our faith, we can confidently walk forward knowing that God by our side. This is the God that you can run towards your fears with.

In today's message, we turn our focus towards recognizing our sin and creating a space to allow for intentional time with God. Pastor John dives into the book of Exodus to walk through the life of Moses. We find that even when he was deep into the wilderness, God showed up and God found him right where he was at, despite the battles that he has faced or the bondages he was enslaved to. In today's teaching we ask the question, "If we were to take our cues from Jesus, then how would we disciple someone else?". This is exactly what Pastor Ron discusses as he wraps up our current teaching series, The Way of the Apprentice. We are challenged and inspired by this timely and practical message that walks us through John 13 & John 14. As we analyze the actions and words of Jesus, we see ways that we can be imitators of Christ and how we can disciple others around us. In the second to last week of the series, The Ways of the Apprentice, Pastor John leads us through a conversation that addresses our inclination of viewing people through a lense that chategorizes us from them. We begin to transition our mindset from having a divided mentality to seeing the humanity in people the way that God sees the humanity in people. We've spent the last six weeks discussing different perspectives of being an apprentice of Jesus and now it's time to help others be discipled within their relation with Christ. And fruit is being produced as an outcome? These are all things that we discuss as we turn our perspective to the desires of God.

What is it that God is up to - in both your personal life and in the world in its entirety? This is a question that Pastor Ron brings up, discussing practical ways in figuring out what God is doing. We are challenged to look at the lessons that God seems to be revealing to us and to also look for clues to a bigger picture, showing what God is doing in the grander scheme of things.Even when we don't have all of the answers or when we don't have a full understanding, we can trust and find peace in knowing that God has our best interest at heart and that he cares about us.

The practice of Lament is an honest prayer and expression towards God that ultimately leads us to better trust him, and it is seen all throughout the Bible.In this weeks message, Pastor John walks us through the idea of what it means to lament and he discusses the importance of being honest with God; producing in us a greater trust in him. This week we are challenged to step into this action of lament, bringing our worries, sorrows, and struggles to God in an honest expression. Let's approach God, laying everything down at his feet, knowing that he is bringing us new mercies every day.

In this weeks message "Developing Discernment", Paster Ron takes us through Psalms 119 while discussing the importance of growing your spiritual discernment.Join us as we take a closer look at what spiritual discernment is and how we can go about growing in it.
