For our last week of our series, Inside The Circle, Pastor John closes us out by discussing the ways that spiritual habits and daily rhythms can help us to live the life we were created for in Jesus. Together we will see that the way we structure our spiritual habits will determine our victory in life.

This week we are continuing our conversation on the topic of our sin nature and how that relates to the victory we’ve received in Jesus. Last week we saw how sin no longer has mastery over us, but were left wondering how we can take the freedom we have and not give into sin and its patterns in our life. In order to take our victory lap and to live the life we were created for in Jesus, we first have to grasp the struggle of sin in our lives.For our fourth week of our series, Inside The Circle, we’re creating a foundation of understanding of sin and discussing how sin no longer has mastery over us. This week we have an amazing opportunity to join in on a conversation with our Next Gen Pastor, Todd Jones! When it comes to our victory that is found in Jesus, sometimes the lie that you’re not good enough distorts our understanding of our true identity. There is nothing this world can promise you because God already gave it to you. Join as we remove all our labels to find that our true identity and worth is found in our creator.

We’re beginning a new series this week, titled Inside The Circle. Throughout this series we will see that we have been given everything we need in order to live victoriously - it all comes down to the way you drive your life. Because of our redemption and salvation in Christ, we have already won the race. We’re inside the circle, taking our victory lap - celebrating the victory we have received.

What a blessing to spend Easter together and we are amazed and overwhelmed by the things that God did all throughout the weekend and by the things He is still doing. The stories are flooding in of the ways that God moved within each individual heart and of the ways people encountered Jesus. This is something worthy of celebrating!

If you’re like us, there have been many moments when it seems like God is silent, leaving our prayers unheard and unanswered. For the last week of our series “When you…”, Pastor John talks about these very moments. What now? God didn’t do what I wanted…The outcome of our prayers don’t determine our view of God. The true miracle isn’t in the healing, it’s in the moments when we trust in God, even though things don’t go the way you want. This week we are building our trust in Christ and clinging to the truth that is found in him.

Don’t miss out on a great message from Pastor John as he shares with us how the perspective you have of God will shape and determine the prayers that you pray. The good news today is that we serve a God who hears our prayers and who isn’t limited by our prayers or views of his vastness.

We're entering into the second week of our 21 days of Prayer & Fasting. This week we have a special emphasis on prayers of intercession.Through the person of Jesus we are able to have unlimited access to our creator and we believe that being in communion with God is something we can celebrate and share. It is through prayers of intercession that we are able to bring the people we know to the God we love, surrendering them to the loving care of our Lord and Savior.

If you're like the rest of us, oftentimes it can be difficult to rejoice always and to give thanks. It might feel like there isn't much of anything to be thankful for.When you approach God with a posture of thanksgiving, you surrender your own needs and see the character of God; a loving, caring and gracious Savior. By creating a foundation of thanksgiving, you open the door of opportunity to see God with an entirely new perspective. You will see that even here, amidst your circumstance, you can rejoice. Even here, the Lord is good.

We began our new teaching series on Prayer & Fasting and we can't wait for what's to come. If you’ve ever wondered about the purpose and practice of prayer and fasting, this week’s message is for you! Starting NEXT MONDAY we are stepping into 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting as the Heights family. Before then, we wanted to begin this time with a week of intentionality. This weekend we dove into week one of our collection of talks surrounding what-if questions. This week we started out by jumping into the sermon on the mount where we look at what it means when Jesus talks about blessings. To understand the word blessed is to understand the divine announcement that God is with you and God is on your side. This week we are reframing our perspective to change our interpretation of the picture that is 2022. Whatever this year brings you, we hope that you can shift your outlook to see the gratitude that is produced by the circumstances that you will face. No matter the moment you find yourself in, there is purpose to be found in every moment of every day.

This weekend we got to lean in together, pause for a moment, and fix our gaze toward being intentional with all that Jesus has intended for us in this new year. We are getting well in 2022 and taking ground in our journey as followers of Jesus.This week we encourage you to set aside at least 10 minutes and take a moment to fix your gaze upon the grace given to you through Jesus. Reflect on the narrative that begins at Christmas with the birth of Jesus and see how there is so much more for you in 2022, in your faith, and in every single moment thereafter.

This weekend Pastor Owen wrapped up our Advent season by talking to us about the peace that accompanies the arrival of our Savior.No matter the season we're in, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the chaos that lives all around us. As we have adventured all through the story of Joseph, we have seen God’s sovereignty playing out in every aspect.For our final week of Intended For Good, we see how God continues to walk alongside Joseph through all of life's offenses and how we too can step into forgiveness like Joseph.

For week two of Intended For Good, we reflect on the ways that God takes all of Joseph's life's circumstances and uses them for His glory to help paint a portrait of Jesus.During the trials and temptations that Joseph faced, he wasn't able to change his situations, but he was able to shift the moment's focus and outcome to reflect back towards Christ, bringing victory over the trial.

We're jumping into a brand new series where we will take a deep dive into the life of Joseph. We look forward to the upcoming weeks with great excitement and anticipation as we study God's word together with you.

In the same way that we select a destination on our GPS, how do we do this for our lives? As we route our GPS to home, we have to put God in the correct position. Join us as we wrap up our series on Global Vision and set our navigation to home and focus our attention on eternity.

Week four of Global Vision might feel a little different, as we hear from Jay Greer all the way from Japan! We're expectant as he shares with us the mission of Christ and how that mission is actively playing out all around the world.

For the third week of our series on Global Vision, we get to hear a special message from Pastor Owen! Join us for this timely message as we gain vision to see God's Kingdom through his line of sight.
