Tribute to MLK Dr Martin Luther King Jr
Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Junior on January 20, 2025. To me MLK was a hero, moral leader, and a messiah figure. I believe he may be all of these literaly. And he went deep into our past, and current, ills in American society. His teachings, ideas, and thought are relevant today. We are still a very greedy, violent, and racist nation here in the U.S. And can learn much from his published work. The I Have a Dream speech goes far in telling us the America we were, are, and where we may go. But his many other speeches complete the picture of the whole man that he was. Not only his speeches but his interviews, books, and actions; make him a very different, more complete, person; than what he’s portrayed as. I encourage you to read, listen, and see MLK by going deeper than what TV, social media, and school teaches you. Here are a few links to his important speeches.I Have a Dream speech by Martin Luther King .Jr HD (subtitled)(August 28, 1963)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vP4iY1TtS3sThe Three Evils of Society(August 31, 1967)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sT9Hjh0cHM

Honda Nissan merger - part 2
Nissan and Honda are considering a possible merger in the automotive world, which has generated divergent opinions. Carlos Ghosn, former boss of Nissan, has shared his critical opinion about this alliance in an interview with Bloomberg. Ghosn argues that he does not see a pragmatic logic in the agreement, since he considers that there are not many synergies between the two companies. According to him, they are in the same markets, have similar products and very similar brands. Ghosn also believes that Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) is promoting this merger to strengthen the Japanese economy, although Honda does not like the idea. Although he recognizes the influence of METI in Japan, Ghosn does not see an industrial logic behind this alliance and believes that control is prioritized over performance. Ghosn, known for his daring escape from Japan while awaiting trial on financial charges at Nissan, is unsurprisingly critical of the company in his interview. He believes that Nissan's results in recent years are not a good testament to the team's strengths. Although neither Nissan nor Honda have made official statements about the possible merger, the brands have been collaborating for some months. However, Ghosn highlights that a merger would go beyond sharing ideas and would be a challenge for both companies. He points out that Honda is strong in engineering and Nissan takes pride in its own engineering, which would trigger a battle to decide which technologies the new company would adopt. In short, Carlos Ghosn is skeptical of a possible merger between Nissan and Honda, arguing that there are no complementarities between the two companies and that the METI drive is based on economic control rather than performance. In addition, he highlights that the battles related to the merger would focus on the choice of technologies to adopt due to the engineering competencies of both companies.EV New World 2025Hector Vladimir 2025©https://youtube.com/@evnewsworld?si=Aoj4jJKb5eHaCw2RSource: https://www.motor1.com/news/745186/ghosn-nissan-honda-partnership-desperate-move/

Honda Nissan merger - part 1
Welcome to EV News World. This channel’s content will be bringing tech- centered news, reviews and information from around the Electric Vehicle world. This content will be free of the hype, and focused on the details that matter: the value, quality, and efficiency of current EV tech. I will bring you unbiased and down-to-earth EV information; highlighting the developments and technologies under the hood of EVs. In other words, here we’ll discuss the things that matter: the EV motor, its power source, and the many features that make EVs safer, more-efficient, smarter, and a better value. Here, I’ll save you the hassle of all the hype found “out there”. I’ll omit the “chatter”, the “flash”, the “looks”; and dive right into the most important details behind each EV. So, “get in, put on your seat belt, and let’s ride!” Let’s get started!Welcome to automotive industry’s biggest story, perhaps of the century. Where a giant international conglomerate, like Nissan, found itself in a dire and potentially deadly financially situation because of many simple foreseeable factors, and plainly dumb decisions. Perhaps for the first time in its illustrious and rich 113 year history, this car maker was on the verge of collapse. This is bigger than most news outlets make it, perhaps the first domino that could potentially threaten an entire nation’s financial stability. So, drastic actions are being taken. These are so desperate that only a compliant media and cool and calculated theatrics will may hide its true magnitude. This is a chess battle of titans, and we may be witnessing the endgame. Let’s follow this story carefully, and see where the entire car industry is actually headed.Honda and Nissan have confirmed plans to merge into the world's third largest automaker by sales. This deal is a relief for Nissan, which has been facing financial difficulties due to declining sales in recent years. In addition to Honda and Nissan, Mitsubishi could also be involved in this merger. This partnership is based on a memorandum of understanding signed by the two companies. It is worth mentioning that earlier this year, Honda and Nissan had already signed an agreement for the joint development of electric vehicles and automotive software. Negotiations for this merger will take place over the next six months, with the goal of completion by August 2026. Honda and Nissan representatives have not provided further comment on these merger plans.EV New World 2025Hector Vladimir 2025©https://youtube.com/@evnewsworld?si=Aoj4jJKb5eHaCw2RSources:https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a63265051/honda-nissan-confirm-merger-plans/https://apnews.com/article/japan-nissan-honda-evs-foxconn-782913451d6487ed177a3517a9ba5be5

Challenges with interstellar travel - Propulsion
The current technology we have for interstellar space travel is very limited, with slow speeds and outdated rockets. Our fastest rocket, Saturn 5, could only reach speeds of about 25,000 km per hour, which means it would take 188,000 years to reach the closest star system, Alpha-Centauri. Nuclear propulsion, either through fusion or fission, is not yet feasible for interstellar flights. Fission reactors have slow escape velocities and pulse nuclear thrusters have technical challenges to overcome, such as blast recoil and radiation exposure for the crew. Nuclear fusion, if fully developed, holds the most promise for solving these problems. However, currently, we have to make do with the limited technology we have and accept the odds that are stacked against us in interstellar travel.Hector Vladimir 2025©

Interstellar Travel Challenges - Vacuum, collisions, the unknown
The vacuum of space presents navigation and habitation challenges for interstellar missions. It takes a lot of energy to slow down, and a livable pressurized atmosphere must be maintained throughout the mission. This is costly, and beyond our current capabilities. Space has much matter in the form of dust, particles, and larger bodies. These can easily collide with any speeding spacecraft, and avoiding such fast-moving bodies is currently impossible. Especially when considering high speeds requirements. The unknown presents any interstellar mission with almost endless concerns, dark energy and dark matter are only the start of these.Hector Vladimir 2025©

NASA's 5 hazards of human space flight - Layman's commentary - part 3
Here I discuss NASA's five hazards of space flight and provide my extended layman's commentary along. These hazards include radiation, gravity fields, distance from earth, isolation, and hostile environments.Radiation. The large and severe hazard of radiation. Ionizing radiation is zipping through space unabated and endlessly from the moment we leave the earth's protective atmosphere and magnetic field. It causes all kinds of harm to cells which cause deadly illnesses like cancer. Radiation shielding is an option, but one that is undeveloped and primitive currently. We are yet to build any space craft with radiation shielding adequate for long term space flight.Gravity. Changing and weak gravity fields remain debilitating problems for astronauts. Too much, too little, or shifting gravity harm the human body. The more often and longer the body is exposed to these irregular gravity fields, the more the body decays and vital systems are strained. Artificial gravity or even adequate centrifugal force gravity are undeveloped technologies as of now. Germs, disease and bacteria remain health problems with low gravity, as they may mutate much faster and morph into deadly strains.Isolation. Isolation will likely be inevitable is early deep space missions. Space is vast and distances to other planets are bafflingly large. And, problems of stress, crew health, and crew interactions remain unsolved problems. Germs, disease and bacteria remain health problems with isolation. Communication and many other human factors are also unsolved problems with isolation in space flight.Distance from earth. The distances that humans will need to traverse to go to places like mars and beyond are vast. No human has traveled so far and for so long while isolated in a small spacecraft. Our current propulsion technologies are primitive and wholly inadequate to achieve speeds that would allow for shorter travel times to mars and beyond. Round trip times remain over 24 months at the very least. And, the distance of other celestial bodies are much more. So, our technology would need to leap ahead to shorten these vast travel times or to make the travel less harmful to the human body.Hostile environments. Finally, hostile and confined spaces. That will be very hard to overcome. Our current technology limits the size of any spacecraft. And, rocket power limits us to very small payloads to be lifted into space. This severely curtails the size of any trans mars' ships. Again, bacteria, germs, and disease pose threats to human health in confined spaces. They can evolve rapidly to very harmful strains in the micro-gravity of space. And, confined spaces may bring conflict and unearth many disagreements among the crew. Natural human traits may allow hostility and violence onboard.Hector Vladimir 2024

Challenges with Interstellar Travel - Radiation, gravity & temperature
Challenges with interstellar travel – Radiation, gravity and temperature. Discussion on the challenges of interstellar travel specifically as it relates to radiation, low gravity, and temperature. Radiation is a major problem to any space crew. Exposure to ionizing radiation can cause diseases and cancer. Low gravity can cause muscle and bone density loss over time. And the extreme low temperature of space requires massive energy and protection. These are challenges, some daunting, others not so much, that stand between us and the stars.Hector Vladimir 2025©https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc5foyq8ccjATrgVnt3Gy9KD&feature=sharedhttps://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByron https://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtech Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/

Challenges with Interstellar Travel - Distance
The vastness of space between Earth and Alpha Centauri poses numerous challenges for space missions. These challenges include the long duration of interstellar travel, extreme crew isolation, and logistical problems such as the supply of fuel, power, and supplies. Alpha Centauri, the closest star system to our own, lies at a distance of 4.37 light-years of travel, which is equivalent to about 276,000 astronomical units (AU) or 2,760 kilometers on a scale of 1 AU = 1 meter. To put this in perspective, the distance between Earth and Alpha Centauri is roughly equal to the distance from New York to Los Angeles. By comparison, the average distance between stars in our galaxy is about 5 light-years. Given these numbers, it is clear that developing successful space missions to Alpha Centauri will require innovative technology and strategies to overcome the challenges posed by the vastness of interstellar space.Hector Vladimir 2025©

Challenges With Interstellar Travel - Intro
This is a layman's discussion about the challenges of interstellar travel. It is being considered as the greatest enterprise of mankind. It is mentioned that they would surpass the efforts of great empires and modern megaprojects. Two methods are proposed to be able to travel to nearby star systems. The first method consists of arriving extremely quickly, limiting the time needed to arrive and minimizing the harmful effects on the crew. However, this method requires advances in technologies and new understandings of the universe. The second method accepts the current state of technology and settles for slow travel times, using current technology and accepting a longer travel time. Overall, this series highlights the complexity, costs, resources and cooperation required to carry out an interstellar program and its ultimate goal, a crewed visit to another star.Hector Vladimir 2025©

Hector Vladimir 2024© https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc5Wpx9yCm5Z2eop7fURphqM https://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtech https://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByron Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimir Substack: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/ Para información solamente. S2 Ep 1414 Avert high cost of living - high communications costs
Living Off the Grid in the City. Communication is considered a human right and should not be restricted by any government or institution. It is unfair to charge exorbitant sums for using modern basic communication technology, as this marginalizes ordinary people and does not allow them to benefit from competition in the market to obtain lower prices. In addition, relying on geographic location to access communication services can be dangerous in emergency situations, as payphones are becoming less common. Governments and companies are taking advantage of this need and are willing to exploit it. In short, it is necessary to find ways to avoid the excessive costs of communication services and to ensure that everyone has access to modern means of communication without being forced to pay disproportionate amounts.Hector Vladimir 2024.

S2 Ep 1313 Avert high cost of living - high water costs
The increase in the costs of water and water services is due to several factors. First, the increase in bottled water consumption has led to a general increase in water prices. Although it would be expected that with increased demand and competition in the market, prices would drop, this has not happened. Instead, the bottled water business has become very lucrative and more and more money is being poured into this industry. Additionally, fear that tap water is contaminated or dirty has led to increased use of bottled water and filtration systems, further increasing water-related expenses. Finally, the increasing privatization of water supply companies has also influenced the increase in costs. In summary, the high costs of water and water services are the result of the widespread adoption of bottled water, fear of contamination of tap water and the privatization of water sources.Living Off the Grid in the City Podcast Hector Vladimir 2024© https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc6nd-_C6bkiKnMxLBg7DfgK https://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByron https://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtech Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimir Substack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/ For information purposes only. Jonbenet Ramsey Case - Intruder theory top suspects - Michael Helgoth & Gary Oliva
Jonbenet Ramsey case - top intruder theory suspects.Michael Helgoth was considered a suspect in the JonBenét Ramsey case for several reasons:Proximity: Helgoth lived a few miles from the Ramsey family in Boulder, Colorado, making him a potential suspect due to his close geographic location.Footprints: A private investigator claimed that Helgoth's boots matched footprints found in the Ramsey home, specifically in the basement where JonBenét's body was discovered.Mysterious Death: Helgoth died by suicide less than two months after JonBenét's murder, which raised suspicions due to the timing and circumstances of his death.Behavior: Helgoth's behavior was considered suspicious by some investigators, including his sudden death and the fact that he had a criminal history.Despite these factors, there was no concrete evidence linking Helgoth to the crime, and the Boulder Police Department has not charged him with JonBenét's murder.Gary Oliva was considered a suspect in the JonBenét Ramsey case for several reasons:Proximity: Oliva lived near the Ramsey family in Boulder, Colorado, at the time of JonBenét's murder.Obsession: Oliva had a disturbing obsession with JonBenét, which was evident from the hundreds of images of her found on his phone when he was arrested in 2016.Confession: In 2019, Oliva seemingly confessed to JonBenét's murder in a series of disturbing jailhouse letters and poems. He claimed he killed JonBenét by "accident" and expressed guilt over her death1.Criminal History: Oliva had a long history of criminal behavior, including sexual offenses and disturbing behavior such as making tapes with dark fantasies about children.Evidence: Items linked to Oliva, such as a broken paintbrush and knotted rope, were found at the crime scene. The garrote used to strangle JonBenét was made from these items1.Despite these factors, Oliva has never been charged with JonBenét's murder, and the Boulder Police Department has cleared him several times after investigating his alleged confessions.Named indivuals are only theory persons of interest per opinion, and in no way does the author suggest that they are guilty or official investigation suspects.Commentary by Hector Vladimir 2024.Link to Nancy Drew’s Youtube video: The JonBenet Case Case - The Michael Helgoth Connection ReduxHector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6upa16ru_CyayTLG3dEn1RWpaBhf6eCx https://www.youtube.com/@thenewperiodcr Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimir Substack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/

S2 Ep 1212 Avert high cost of living - high energy costs
Living off the grid allows you to avoid the high costs of living. The costs of living are directly related to the energy, resources, and time required. For example, the prices of electricity paid to the electricity company may be excessive. Many times you pay more than necessary for different living expenses, especially in energy, housing, food and communication. Energy companies promote excessive energy consumption, which leads to spending more than necessary. By living off the grid, you don't need as much energy as the power company “suggests”, and you can save money by generating your own power. In addition, by not depending on the supply and prices of the electricity company, artificial price inflation is avoided. In short, living off the grid offers the opportunity to reduce the high costs associated with modern life, and brings a suite of other benefits.Living Off the Grid in the City PodcastHector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc6nd-_C6bkiKnMxLBg7DfgK https://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByron https://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtech Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimir Substack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/For information purposes only.
S2 Ep 1111 Compulsory food service
Living Off the Grid in the City Podcast. Food has become an object of exploitation by governments and private entities, who make us believe that we have no choice but to buy their food, despite paying high prices and consuming chemicals. We are often denied the ability to produce our own food, making us dependent on these corrupt entities. However, we have the choice to demand affordable and safe food, and to produce our own food. Throughout history, there have been food crises caused by the centralization of food production, leading to shortages and rising prices. Many people lack the knowledge and resources to produce their own food, perpetuating dependence on these entities. It is outrageous that many people are prohibited from keeping farm animals or growing food on their own land. Food is a human right and should be freely available to those who cannot afford it or work to get it.Living Off the Grid in the City PodcastHector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc6nd-_C6bkiKnMxLBg7DfgKhttps://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByronhttps://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtechPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/For information purposes only. Top 10 reasons why you should choose an EV!
Living Off the Grid in the City. Top 10 reasons why you should choose an electric vehicle EV over an ICE. EVs are, hands down, a better choice for those ready to start driving a personal, or commercial vehicle. EVs cost less to own and operate on average, with some exceptions of course. EVs cost less to maintain because there are generally less systems to maintain. Also, charging an EV is still cheaper than gasing up your car. EVs are quieter and have packed more safety and comfort technology for similar cost internal combustion engined vehicles ICEs. EVs are also more efficient and friendlier to the environment, which take the top 2 places why you should make the smarter choice, EVs.Hector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc5tJy1BbtZaohmLi5F0-DFZhttps://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtechhttps://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByronPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/For information purposes only. The Case of Jonbenet Ramsey - My observations - The ramson note ignored
The New Period presents - The Case Of - Jonbenet Ramsey - The ransom note ignored. Here I bring up the fact that the ransom note was either not scrutinized as you would expect, was ignored, or was dismissed as unimportant and fake from the beginning. These bring suspicion to the Ramseys for not prioritizing the safety of their daughter as if they knew that the note contents were of little significance.Hector Vladimir 2024©

Is the power company ripping you off? part 16 - corruption cases & tricks
Living Off the Grid in the City Radio Show. Electric companies are often involved in corruption, theft of funds, bribery, and cheating to gain millions and billions of dollars. These funds come primarily from rate payers, but also from taxpayers. There are many high-profile cases to see these. Some of these cases are discussed here. Also here, I discuss some little-known tactics used by electric companies to cheat you out of your money and make you pay much higher bills than you should. Enjoy. By Hector Vladimir. I plan to redo this experiment on the law of charges soon. Just know that a electrostatically charged bodies with like charges repel, while those with unlike (opposite charges) attract. As I understand it. This attraction is due to the electromagnetic direction of flow around the object. And, also on the state of the atoms while positively or negatively charged. Solar energy for the poor - part 3
Living Off the Grid in the City Radio Show. Solar energy for the poor. This episode discusses the challenges for middle class to poor individuals and families to acquire and use alternative energy like solar. It is relatively expensive, it requires many commodities often not afforded by the poor, such as a permanent owned residence in a stand alone building. And, the financial incentives that often accompany renewable energy installations, are largely inaccessible by the poor. Here I detail these and other factors that keep these technologies away from the poor. By Hector Vladimir. Edited and updated 9-23-2024.

Off the grid Renegade style - part 6 (early release)
Living off the grid in the city Renegade style - Nomad life or backpacking option for living off the grid. This option is the highest of all levels of living off the grid. It requires extraordinary determination, will power, and a daring attitude. It requires you to leave much behind, and risk much in your life. You need to be in good health, be smart, resourceful, and very resilient. You will have to prepare and pack a few basic items. A water container, a cutting tool (covered), a towel, and a backpack. You may need other items depending on many other factors like environment, weather, conditions, and occurrences around you. You need to be vigilant and clever on every decision you make. You must remain safe and survive every day. This is an extremely difficult choice and must be willing to risk much to engage in it. The US bombing of Japan - 1943-1945 - part 2
The US admittedly firebombed about 117 Japanese cities of its mainland. The aim was to burn down civilian and military structures including homes, and any civilian infrastructure. It must have been known that these firebombing campaigns would bring massive civilian casualties, yet it was carried through with full support from the US leadership and overwhelming support from the US public. Over 300 thousand mostly civilian casualties are officially recorded. But the true death toll may top 1 million. These deaths are in addition to the military (and civilian) deaths accrued during the brutal US campaigns against Japan in the pacific. The indiscriminate, terrorist, illegal, cruel, and woefully disproportionate attacks on mainly civilian populations of Japanese cities was unjustified and deserve recognition, official apology, and renewed commitments not to ever be allowed again. The New Period Chat RadioHector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6upa16ru_Cwx8pXJMz3e9R9mGgW3I33Shttps://www.youtube.com/@thenewperiodcrPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/

Fight back your abusive electric company
Living Off the Grid in the City Radio Show. Electric companies have overcharged, stolen, from customers in many occasions. Mostly they “claim” these are “mistakes” “errors” or “booboos”. Never do they claim many of these are actions taken in hopes that no one will notice, and always with the ability to claim “ignorance”. So, if you have been doing your part in trying to save energy and money; yet you’re not seeing your good results, your electric bill remains high. There are a few things you can do. First, ensure that you really are saving energy. For this, you need to take steps to save energy, real steps. Kill your air conditioning and water heating as much as you can. Those should affect over half of your energy use. Second, you need to keep track of your electric meter readings. These readings should occur daily, or as often as you can at the same time per day, only once per day. After you’ve done these two things for months, then analyze your energy usage, your electric bill, and visit and analyze your electric company’s website, especially your account details and your energy usage per their records. If after all these, you still see no major decrease on your energy bill, and you have found discrepancies between your records and that of the electric company, and you believe the electric company is stealing from your (overcharging you); you may take a few actions. First, be familiar with your electric company’s and your public utility’s commission regulations, rules, and agreements. Download those documents and read them. Educate yourself, you are your best defender. Call the electric company repeatedly and state your findings and demand a refund and a fix to the problem. If after a few tries you get no where. Up the ante and review the electric company negatively in the many review websites. State your evidence in these reviews. Protect your personal info in files you share. Also, report the electric company to the following companies, agencies, and organizations. Make sure you are serious about your charges and be prepared with your evidence. Ensure that; you are familiar with your electric company’s and your public utility’s commission regulations, rules, and agreements.Consumer affairs (consumeraffairs.com)Office of public utility council (for your state)Public service commission (for your state)Reliability entity (for your state)Public utility commission (for your state)Attorney General’s office (for your state)National electrical reliability corporationUtility regulatory commission (federal)Federal energy regulatory commission (federal)Once you have contacted these by phone, email, mail, and or electronic form. Off the grid Renegade style - part 5 - early release
Living Off the Grid in the City Renegade Style. This episode delves into the van life. The challenges are many. Leaving a sedentary life of comfort and convenience can be a shock. Here are a few things to consider before (or after) making the leap. It is expensive. You wont save time, energy, or money. That is among the advantages of a sedentary life. While on the road, you’ll likely be bleeding cash. Only hardened veterans of the streets will likely be spending as little as possible, but even that comes at a painful trade for comfort, exposure, and risk. You will have problems, at first, getting water, food, and rest. Cleanliness and hygiene is a challenge. Your privacy is limited and almost always short lived. The risk of other people attacking, robbing you, or harassing you is there. And, police, and security guards may also harass you and even cause you harm. Finding a place to park is often tough, and finding a place to stay long term is even tougher. The van life is hard, and takes a special kind of individual and a quick learning, adapting, and accepting attitude. You must learn fast, or risk serious injury or death while out on the road in a full time basis.Hector Vladimir 2021-2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc5tJy1BbtZaohmLi5F0-DFZhttps://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtechhttps://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByronPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/For information purposes only. Jonbenet Ramsey case - odd behaviors
The New Period Chat Radio presents: The Case Of. Here I argue that the Ramseys acted with full confidence that there really was not a break in, nor was there an intruder possibly with access to the house or even still in the house. At the realization that Jonbenet was missing, and there was a strange note discovered taking about a kidnapping. I believe the first order of business would be that of fear for the safety of all in the house. And, the very likely possibility of one or more assailants which remain in the house. Either because they did not have a chance to escape, or may be caught in the act. The Ramseys acted as if this was not remotely a possibility, and completely ignoered the ransom note demands as if they knew that it was all fake.Hector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6upa16ru_CyayTLG3dEn1RWpaBhf6eCxhttps://www.youtube.com/@thenewperiodcrPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/

Off the grid Renegade style - part 4 - early release
Living Off the Grid in the City Renegade Style. To live off the grid renegade style, you need a place to live. In this series I discuss the 3 main options. Off grid homestead, van living, and nomad living. This episode reiterates what the homestead living is. It is not necessarily a place you buy, or land you acquire. It could be that, but it can be a place you squad in, or a corner that you inhabit, even if it is temporarily. There are many things to worry about though, and here I present some solutions. Also, the van life may be living out of a vehicle. Any vehicle. There are many things to consider though. Fuel, cost, sleeping arrangement, showering, etc. For these, a high level of LOTG is required.Hector Vladimir 2015-2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc5tJy1BbtZaohmLi5F0-DFZhttps://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtechhttps://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByronPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/For information purposes only. Off the grid Renegade style - part 3 - early release
Living Off the Grid in the City Renegade Style. Here I discuss the homestead option. It may be an off grid dwelling of some sort. A dome, tiny home, trailer or mobile home, house, hut, tent, whatever. The point is that it is off grid and independent from all connections. The homestead option requires land. Land is often expensive and inaccessible to many. But, squadding on an unused piece of land is an option. No nation is yet filled to the brim with people. So, if you are crafty and clever enough, you may find a place you can call home for free and away from danger and snoopers. By Hector Vladimir. The Case Of: Jonbenet Ramsey, My Observations, Part 13, The Ramsey crowds
The New Period Chat Radio presents: The Case Of. Jonbenet was filmed and photographed quite often. She was part of a wealthy family and society which went to many events and there were many filming and photographing those events. It is fuzzy to me how much did investigators pour over those footage to try to find suspects, or people out of place. Did any of today's case suspects attend any of those events? Did the police have most or all of the available footage. What about CCTV at these events? These are probably secrets kept by the investigators to this day.Per the Steve Thomas investigation for the Boulder Police Department, Bill McReynolds was an early investigation suspect, because of his closeness to the family. But admittedly he was not a serious suspect. He admittedly consumed pornography, and his wife had curiously and previously written a story about a girl who was kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and murdered in a basement. But, in 1974, McReynolds 9-year-old daughter was abducted, along with a friend, and had witnessed her friend’s sexual molestation. Curiously, this occurred 22 years to-the-day of Jonbenet Ramsey’s death. Lastly, Bill McReynolds had written a note intended for Jonbenet, in which he “notified her” of a “special gift after Christmas”. The note was found in his trash bin during the investigation. Contractor's licensing against minorities - part 2
The New Period Chat Radio. States use licensing schemes, for contractors or professionals, not only to ensure applicants are qualified; but also to limit these careers to "certain" individuals. Many "licensing requirements" have the effect of weeding out highly qualified minority groups of low income. Immigrants, blacks, indigenous, and LGBT peoples; are among the most affected and are routinely denied access to these careers. For example, by requiring high fees and testing costs you deny the poor, which are largely minority groups. By requiring a "squeaky clean" criminal background; you deny many disproportionately targeted blacks and Latinos in poor communities. And, by requiring an excessive command of the English language; you deny many qualified immigrants from entering these fields. For example, electrical contractor requirements in the state of Georgia, require you to be endorsed by no less than 4 contractors, and they must all "certify", under penalty of punishment, that they have "known your work" for at least 4 years. This and other "requirements"; firmly keep these licenses in the hands of a dominant group, that has held them for generations. Effectively, states engage in Jim Crow like tactics, resembling the poll taxes and literacy tests of the segregated South. Lastly, the incentives to endorse individuals requires an intimate friendship and unlikely work circumstances. Having the effect of "grandfather clauses" of the old "literacy tests", and enabling those with "licensed" family and friends to effectively "inherit" these licenses. In this series, I explain these and more.Hector Vladimir 2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6upa16ru_Cwx8pXJMz3e9R9mGgW3I33Shttps://www.youtube.com/@thenewperiodcrPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/

Living Off the Grid in the City Radio Show (Legacy). Implications are different from benefits. implications are the possible consequences of living off the grid as a society or wider community. Benefits apply to personal level. Implications of living off the grid include: Greater power to the individuals, greater and faster advancement in many areas of social and public life. And many improvements to world affairs. Decrease of conflict, increase of efficiency and abundance, and decrease of waste and abuse. Technology should be greatly impacted in many ways. EV charging is getting frustrating!
Living Off the Grid in the City Radio Show. EV charging is frustrating and expensive when on the road. Slow charging is out of the question when you are on the road. Unless you slow charge at a hotel or a park trip, fast charging is the only reasonable option to get your range up within 1 hour and keep going. But, fast chargers are scarce and many of the few are out of service or occupied. There are seemingly too many EV drivers and too little options to charge out there. And, it seems to be getting worse as more EV drivers come out and less chargers are operational.Hector Vladimir 2015-2024©https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyWqApEqGtc5tJy1BbtZaohmLi5F0-DFZhttps://www.youtube.com/@hbcsolarpvtechhttps://www.youtube.com/@HBCSolarPVTechByronPatreon page: https://www.patreon.com/hectorvladimirSubstack page: https://hectorvladimir.substack.com/For information purposes only.
