Toxic relationships come in all forms, and whether you NEED abs in order to feel worthy, or you NEED your partner to be happy so you feel okay, or you NEED the bottle of wine to decompress every night, dependence on the external thing can cause toxicity to seep through and through.
Sydney shares with us her journey navigating recovery from an eating disorder, substances and codependency. She shares her fears of perfection and how they led her to drastically alter her body and spirit to become someone she was never meant to be, and how finding the self that she was deep within her gave her more freedom (professionally, physically, personally and romantically) than she could have ever imagined.
