Jennifer Ciotta informs us about ulcerative colitis and inflammatory bowel disease. After a life-threatening flare of ulcerative colitis in 2021 she began to podcast about her experience from a mind-body-soul perspective. She has learned so much about allopathic and complementary ways to heal. In an attempt to avoid big-pharma all her life, Jenn has made huge changes in her diet, lifestyle and learned all about Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), a progressive, multi-system, multi-symptom illness due to exposure to biotoxins; for Jenn, it was about mold toxicity. Working with several expert healers she has re-choreographed her life and has reached a far healthier place by addressing deep trauma and changing many aspects of her life.
