Hi love, it’s Jody.
There have been times in my own life when I’ve felt completely knocked off my feet—uprooted, unstable, and unsure where to land. And as disorienting as those moments were, they also became gifts. Gifts that reminded me of the light that’s my truest self, and of the deep safety that’s always here when I root back into me.
So in today’s meditation, we’ll ground into that same safety together—coming home to stability, wholeness, and the steady strength within you.
