In this week's episode, Tommie discovers a new word, the men praise Buddy Holly (the dog), celebrate many music-related birthdays, talk about the musicals Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark and Tarzan, turn on the grill for National Shrimp Day, sing the praises of receptionists, review the final season of the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, marvel at the videos of a Russian mercenary, mock a lot of stupid people, and name their favorite films about food.

Tommie returns in this week's episode to tangle with Patrick over dogs consuming cannabis and majoritarian rule vs. individual liberty. They also salute playwright William Inge and lyricist Betty Comden, mourn the loss of trash TV pioneer Jerry Springer and singer Gordon Lightfoot, celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Broadway opening of Kiss Of The Spider Woman, get their spook on for National Paranormal Day, review the Netflix dramas Beef and the Diplomat, kiss off musician Paul Stanley, and name their favorite paranormal events/phenomena.

Patrick flies solo in this episode, but is joined by returning guest Avery Bryce Dallas Howard Powell, who discusses his upcoming theatrical endeavors.
