We are dealing with a crisis in this Country in which one side thinks denying basic human rights, violence, greed, hypocrisy, bigotry, religious intolerance, homophobia, the lessening of women, killing off the poor, destroying the planet, and a whole host of other despicable things are laudable actions to be praised and sought after. The other side thinks you idiots have lost your f'n mind. So no there really isn't a middle ground here. And yeah you are damn right I hate these idiots. These are people that want me and my family dead by any means. These are people that think that me and mine should suffer horribly simply because we dared to be born. We are talking about issues of basic humanity and survival rights that one group is hell bent on denying to others in the pursuit of selfish gain. We aren't talking about whether hotdogs or hamburgers are better or some other petty ass concern that doesn't matter whether we agree on or not. We are talking about one side that says I hate you, I will always hate you, and you need to die simply because I hate you and one side that says that equality and justice should not ever be a question on the table as they are simple fundamental truths held by all decent people." The nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Budget projects that under Biden, the national debt will reach 129% of the size of the entire economy by 2030. — $15 minimum wage. Erika Kolenich (Libertarian Party) is running for election for Governor of West Virginia. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2020. She was raised in West Virginia, the daughter of small business owners. Her parents taught her work ethic and personal responsibility at an early age. Erika graduated from Buckhannon-Upshur High School in 1997. Preston Nelson (Libertarian Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Illinois' 8th Congressional District. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2020. Preston Nelson is a 30 year old Information Technology professional, amateur linguist, and inventor who hates what he sees happening in his government. Nelson was raised, first as a Christian, and second as a Republican. He has since forsaken the "republican" label, but he clings to his faith, and considers Christian morals as the foundation of his opposition to the Republicrat establishment. As a child, Nelson cheered when George Bush went after those bad guys in Iraq and Afghanistan, but as an adolescent, he saw through Bush's war lies, considered politics hopeless, and stopped paying attention. As a young man, Nelson stumbled across the Libertarian Party (thanks to Ron Paul.) Learning that, compared to the D and R parties, Libertarians in Illinois required 10-times the number of people to sign their petition, just in order to have their names written on the ballot, and further learning that Republican lawyers filed suit against the Libertarian petitions every year in an attempt to nullify them, or at least waste the Libertarians' time and money in court, Nelson was outraged, and immediately began working in Public Relations for the Libertarian Party of Illinois. Historically, Libertarian campaigns are a crap shoot, so in 2018, Nelson ran in the Republican Primary against incumbent U.S. Representative Mike Bost. Nelson focused his campaign on 3 issues: Foreign Policy Reform and Bringing Troops Home; Ending Corporate Factory-Farm Subsidies; Monetary Reform to Stop Endless Inflation and Currency Devaluation, and he won 17% of the Republican primary election vote, even while writing "Libertarian" on all of his campaign literature. This year, Nelson is running Libertarian, in a 2-way race with a incumbent Democrat. His issues remain the same: Ending decades-long wars which now only serve to hurt our global standing, while bankrupting the nation to enrich the Military Industrial Complex Letting people keep their own money, instead of taxing it to give to big agribusinesses which produce unhealthy food Boosting the American economy by balancing the budget, and protecting the Dollar from inflation and devaluation. Was that really a debate? That's debatable.. Last night could be more accurately described as a bickering match between the two old men at your local McDonald's that meet for coffee every morning at 4.30am. One of them an avid Trump supporter, and the other a "Never Trumper." Who had the most to lose last night? That's the real question. Over the last few years we've seen arguably the harshest criticism a president has ever endured. So it's easy to assume that there is little that can be said about Trump or to Trump that could make those who hate him hate him any worse. Biden had the most to lose. Does that mean he lost it all? No, but he did lose the debate. Trump has a style. It's clear what his style is, and it's clear Biden did not have a way to fight it. He interrupts, antagonizes, and makes jokes all to destroy the person he's talking to. Was it truly a debate? No. Did we get meaningful policy proposals? No. Did Trump achieve his goals? Yes. Did Biden achieve his goals? No. It's clear that Trump's plan was to rattle Biden in an attempt to send him into yet another "senior moment." He didn't clearly achieve that goal, but he did shut Biden down, make him look weak, and that may have been just as good. When all is said and done, more than likely this debate did not sway anyone towards either candidate, but I declared Biden the loser because he might have pushed away some of his far left support.
