Teachings of the Hindu Gods 02 The Divine Mother, the Power of Love, Sex, and Yoga
Every religion symbolizes the Divine Mother, the Goddess of Creation; Hinduism represents her in many ways, as Prakriti, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Kali, Aditi, and many other names. Learn how these symbols relate to Kabbalah and to our spiritual path. "I am the Queen, the gatherer-up of treasures, most thoughtful, first of those who merit worship. Thus Gods have established me in many places with many homes to enter and abide in. Through me alone all eat the food that feeds them - each man who sees, breathes, hears the word outspoken. They know it not, but yet they dwell beside me. Hear, one and all, the truth as I declare it. I, verily, myself announce and utter the word that Gods and men alike shall welcome. I make the man I love exceeding mighty, make him a sage, a Rsi, and a Brahman. I bend the bow for Rudra that his arrow may strike and slay the hater of devotion. I rouse and order battle for the people, and I have penetrated Earth and Heaven. On the world's summit I bring forth the Father: my home is in the waters, in the ocean. Thence I extend o'er all existing creatures, and touch even yonder heaven with my forehead. I breathe a strong breath like the wind and tempest, while I hold together all existence. Beyond this wide earth and beyond the heavens I have become mighty in my grandeur." - Devi, from Rig Veda 10 This is a lecture from the free online course Teachings of the Hindu Gods Course Description: This online course of free lectures focuses on teachings and scriptures related to the many beautiful symbols of divinity presented in the ancient traditions of India and Southeast Asia. "Hinduism is the religion of the Hindus, a name given to the Universal Religion which hailed supreme in India. It is the oldest of all living religions. This is not founded by any prophet. Buddhism, Christianity and Mohammedanism owe their origin to the prophets. Their dates are fixed. But no such date can be fixed for Hinduism. Hinduism is not born of the teachings of particular prophets. It is not based on a set of dogmas preached by a particular set of teachers. It is free from religious fanaticism. Hinduism is also known by the names Sanatana-Dharma and Vaidika-Dharma. Sanatana-Dharma means eternal religion. Hinduism is as old as the world itself. Hinduism is the mother of all religions. Hindu scriptures are the oldest in the world, Sanatana-Dharma is so called, not only because it is eternal, but also because it is protected by God and because it can make us eternal. Vaidika-Dharma means the religion of the Vedas. The Vedas are the foundational scriptures of Hinduism. The ancient Rishis and sages of India have expressed their intuitive spiritual experiences (Aparoksha-Anubhuti) in the Upanishads. These experiences are direct and infallible. Hinduism regards the spiritual experiences of the Rishis of yore as its authority. The priceless truths that have been discovered by the Hindu Rishis and sages through millennia constitute the glory of Hinduism. Therefore, Hinduism is a revealed religion." - Swami Sivananda This course was originally given live and unscripted on Gnostic Radio.

Death 06 After We Die
Our experience after death is determined by how we lived our life. Those who train the consciousness can take advantage of the after death states, to achieve a better rebirth. This lecture examines the six stages of the life cycle (bardos), kabbalah, astral projection, meditation, and more. "After death, we review the life that we just finished; we relive it in a retrospective manner, by means of the intelligence and the heart. After such a retrospection has concluded, we then must appear before the Courts of God. The Angels of the Law are called amongst the Eastern people the Lords of Karma; they judge us according to our deeds. The outcome of such a judgment could be that we may return again into a new womb in order to appear again immediately in this physical world, or we may enter into a kind of vacation within the worlds of the light and happiness, or finally—regrettably—we could be obligated to enter into the interior of the Earth, within its infradimensions, with all of its pains and displeasures." - Samael Aun Weor, Beyond Death This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. This course examines the truth of what happens when we die, and what happens in the afterlife or "between" (bardo). Most importantly, you will learn how to use today as preparation for death, and thereby transform life into a source of happiness for yourself and others. "We can learn very little from the phenomenon of birth, but from death we can learn everything." - Samael Aun Weor, The Great Rebellion

Death 05 How We Die
Since life and death are two sides of the same coin, how we live determines how we will die. Our use of mind, heart, and body sets energy in motion, and when death arrives, a great transformation occurs whose outcome is determined not only by the sum total of all of our previous acts, but by our final state of mind. Learn how to be prepared for death, and what specifically you will need to do when your death is imminent. This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. This course examines the truth of what happens when we die, and what happens in the afterlife or "between" (bardo). Death 04 Why We Must Die
Spirituality is based on the possibility to comprehend our true nature, and thereby escape the painful cycles of life, death, evolution, and devolution, the mechanical wheel of nature. By awakening consciousness in the six intermediate states (betweens or bardos) one can transform life and death into vehicles for liberation. This is the essential point of view of the so-called "Tibetan Book of the Dead," actually named "Natural Liberation through Hearing in the Intermediate States," which begins with a prayer to the Three Buddha Bodies (Kayas). "I bow down to the spiritual teachers, [embodiment of] the Three Buddha-bodies: To the [Dharmakaya] Buddha-body of Reality, Infinite Light, Amitabha; To the [Sambhogakaya] Buddha-body of Perfect Resource, the Peaceful and Wrathful Lotus Deities; And to [Nirmanakaya] the Buddha-body of Emanation, Padmakara, protector of all beings." - The Great Liberation by Hearing in the Intermediate States (known as "The Book of the Dead") "A Bodhisattva is formed by the Holy Spirit [Nirmanakaya] of a Master dressed with the four lower bodies. This is the greatest mystery of the human personality. This is the mystery of the double human personality. This is one of the greatest mysteries of occultism. "The internal Master can send his Holy Spirit [Nirmanakaya] to the earth clothed with a Mental, Astral, Vital and physical body in order to perform an important mission. Christ, the divine redeemer of the World, after his earthly death, sent his human Bodhisattva. But the human beings knew him not." - Samael Aun Weor, Igneous Rose This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. Death 03 Six Stages of the Life Cycle
Gnosis (Tantra) is a rigorous training of consciousness, to prepare it to traverse the stages of life and death. The Tibetan Buddhist Master Padmasambhava explained the stages of life and death as six "bardos" or "betweens" that, with training, can become gateways to a better life. This lecture discusses "Root Verses of the Betweens" by Padmasambhava. This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation. Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. Death 02 Who Dies?
The beginning of real spiritual work—and preparation for death—is learning how to discriminate amongst the different psychological elements within us. Without experiential knowledge of the forces that are moving within and around us, we are powerless to determine the trajectory of our existence. Learn about the essence (unmodified consciousness), ego (modified consciousness), and personality. Only when you can recognize and manage these elements from moment to moment can you begin to prepare for a conscious death. This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. This course examines the truth of what happens when we die, and what happens in the afterlife or "between" (bardo). Fuel for Spiritual Experience 06 Absorption
To perceive the reality, the Divine, one needs to know how to use the consciousness in a very specific way, a state of consciousness called in various languages Dhyana, Jhana, Ch'an, Zen, or Sampten. This state of cognizant perception is the gateway to authentic spiritual experience. This lecture explains the steps to experiencing this state of consciousness. "Internal meditation is a scientific system to receive information. When the wise submerges into meditation, he searches for information. Meditation is the daily bread of the wise. Meditation has different steps. Asana (posture of the body), Pratyahara (serene mind), Dharana (internal concentration), Dhyana (internal meditation), Samadhi (ecstasy). Firstly, we must place our body in a very comfortable position. We have to place our mind in serenity before starting our concentration; that is to say, we have to remove every type of thought from our mind. After having accomplished the former steps, we then rise up to the steps of Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi." - Samael Aun Weor, Kundalini Yoga "If you want Samadhi, you must know well the process of Dhyana. If you want Dhyana, you must know accurately the method of Dharana. If you want Dharana, you must know perfectly the method of Pratyahara. If you want Pratyahara, you must know Pranayama. If you want Pranayama you must know Asana well. Before going to the practice of Asana, you should have Yama and Niyama. There is no use of jumping into Dhyana without having the various preliminary practices." - Swami Sivananda This is a lecture from the free online course Fuel for Spiritual Experience: Meditation and Energy Course Description: Spiritual experiences are not difficult to have if you know the laws of nature that manage them.
