I remember as a teenager always being rebellious and not respecting my Parents and their rules. I thought they were being mean and strict when I had a curfew but the friends I hung with did not. I often pushed the limits and put my Parent through hell and by doing so I paid heavy consequences. I was ignorant and I thought I knew everything. When in actuality my Parents had rules, curfews and expectations put in place because they loved me and they wanted to protect me. It was completely opposite of what I thought I knew.
