Thanks to a grant from the State of New Jersey, Easterseals NJ is able to expand its employment services program for the deaf and hard of hearing. Our guest is Lauren Weishaar, who is deaf, and is the Manager of Career Pathway Connections at Easterseals NJ. Via an interpreter, we discuss the new opportunities the grant provides, and about Lauren’s work solving issues that she also experienced early in her career.
