Show Notes
For today's Future Food Cast, we interviewed Cameron French, Co-Owner of Alley Kat Brewery, Edmonton's Oldest Craft Brewery, which has been producing flavorful and excellent craft beer since 1995. Cameron focuses on the advances and issues in the craft brewing business. He also explained how they are combining sustainability and transparency, as well as why it is important from a consumer standpoint.
Alley Kat is Edmonton's oldest microbrewery, and its mission is to introduce beer enthusiasts to quality craft beer. As the Kats look ahead to the next 25 years, the brewery will continue to be a fresh and creative force in the industry, strategically expanding into new markets across Alberta — and potentially beyond.
