Show Notes
In this episode, we discuss some difficulties with eye contact for the Autistic phenotype. Sensory processing and the rate of information comes fast, and this provides additional energy for an already challenging and exhaustive task. Humans are constantly extracting physical phenomena from the environment (sensations) and we process this information to inform our nervous systems (perceptions). Specifically in this episode, we discuss the differences between listening and speaking.
