2019 was like a massive plant medicine journey for me...sans plant medicine (so y'know, I'm going based on what I've heard).
My body took me on the ride of my life - and while it wasn't easy, it was the most liberating year I've ever experienced.
This was a year that confirmed for me something I've long felt suspicious of...that our bodies are trustworthy. That Life is trustworthy.
We just need to learn the language they speak.
In this episode I give you a magical snippet of an incredibly intense year.
And I hope it leaves you with more trust in your own magic.
