Fired, tired, and broke...That about sums up where we were before the Army started to make sense.

In this fun and honest episode, we rewind to the days before we ever wore a uniform. When we were just two young Black men doing whatever we could to make a dollar. We’re talking McDonald’s. Kmart. Bus stations. Construction. Quitting jobs. Getting fired. Cleaning up messes and making even more.

But through all that chaos? We were learning. About people. About pride. About limits. And eventually, about purpose.

In this episode of Four Titles, One Truth, we share:

•Our worst jobs (and the surprising lessons they left behind)

•What it felt like working with no direction, just survival

•Why the Army wasn’t part of the plan… but ended up being the turning point

•The moment we realized we needed something more

•Why we believe every leader should have a humbling job on their résumé

This one is about work, manhood, struggle, and the path to something greater, even when it starts at the bottom of the deep fryer.
