Because of the nation's opioid epidemic, rehabs and addiction centers around the country are overcrowded and hard to get into. Florida's solution? Create a new type of rehab called a Sober Home, and allow absolutely anyone to open and run one. And in some cases, supply their residents with the very drugs that ruined their lives.
