Real Tip of the Day: The Worry Box!
Get yourself a table top box (you know we love a Home Goods run), place it in a convenient spot in your home with some papers and a pen. When feelings arise that are anxious, negative, anger, etc. write it down on the paper, fold it up, and leave it in the box. Now it is quite literally out of your hands and offered up to the universe! What is meant to be, will be.
Lets make it EXTRA! Let’s Conversate!
Still thinking of a conversation from years ago, yesterday? Or maybe a relationship situation you can’t address anymore? May you’re in the thick of it with someone and are taking the high road… Write it out. Get a piece of paper and write out the exact conversation you wish you had or could make, every word you truly want to say - profanities and all - then crumble it up or light it on fire and Let. It. Go.
