We all have food cravings: chocolate, potato chips, steak, ice cream….and for Carly this week, cold grapes & watermelon. I know, I know [insert eye roll here]. This craving got her curious about the “why”…then it turned into this conversation. Our cravings come from a conversation our body is trying to say to us. If we could just sit and listen to it while it whispers through cravings, so we don’t have to listen when it has to start screaming….join us for a really interesting chat full of information and help! Real Tip of the Day: Take 5!
Take 5 minutes (maybe even less) when you have a food craving….and ask your body and your mind why you are having the craving. We promise you will be given an answer. It might be boredom, hunger, dehydration, and most likely…habit! All we need to do is listen and then take informed action!
