He’ll be the first to admit that he made mistakes and deserved to go to prison, but once he saw the corruption and injustice in his own case his eyes were opened. When Nick was sentenced to 8 years in federal prison, he used the time to learn a skill. While in prison, Nick learned how to bake. He became a talented baker and shared what he learned with other inmates via a baking course that he developed.
