Not long ago, something pretty amazing happened. Grace Alexander, a triathlete running in the amateur field won OUTRIGHT at Ironman Gulf Coast 70.3. That's right. Grace was the first woman to win an Ironman-branded race to win overall amateur. Now, as a high-ranking professional triathlete, we have Grace on the show to discuss how she got to where she is today.
Recently taking on new coach Matthew Rose, the same coach as Haley, Grace shares her race plans for 2023. The trio talks about what it means to have a good coach, and the importance of not being defined by your sport.
