This week, we had the pleasure of interviewing pro long course triathlete Jodie Robertson! Jodie recently took the win at ironman Coeur D'Alene, and will be making another trip to Kona this fall. In this episode, she told us about her recent coaching and mindset shifts that she attributes to her stellar results, as well as how she handles unexpected challenges, like in her recent race at ironman Lake Placid, where she lost her front nutrition on the bike. Finally, Jodie explained her other passion for music, and how he balances life as a triathlete along side a career as a music teacher.
