We're finally back to our regular format post Kona, and this week we had the pleasure of interviewing rising ironman star Alice Alberts! Alice currently trains in Boston mostly solo, and has been coached by Natasha van der Merwe since 2022. She tells us all about how she went from being just a casual runner for stress management in 2016, to now have two pro ironman wins in the past year!! We also got to hear all about how doing some coaching helps keep her motivated and why she loves this journey of pushing herself to the next level.
