This week we are so excited to welcome Barbara Perkins to the IronWomen podcast!! Barbara is the coach of the Denver University women's triathlon team, which she started herself from the ground up in 2020. In this episode, we got to hear all about what it's like to build an elite and competitive NCAA triathlon program that has consistently been ranked one of the top teams in the nation. She shares some valuable coaching insights, and what she hopes for the future of NCAA triathlon and women in the sport as a whole. Barbara has done so much great work in this sport already and we can't wait to see what she does moving forward!
