For many of us, winning one world championship would be the accomplishment of a lifetime- this week's guest has not only won five, but then also went on to produce an Oscar-winning film.
Lesley Paterson is a Scottish Xterra triathlete who has been competing since the age of 14! In this episode she tells us what the multi-year long process of producing a film was like for her, and how it parallels elite sport in many ways. She is someone with big goals both on and off the race course, and we hope everyone enjoys this interview as much as we did!
