In the triathlon sphere, there is always two sides: short course or long course? Rachel Mensch likes them both. This week, Haley and Alyssa welcome Rachel, American pro triathlete, to discuss her journey to triathlon.
Rachel shares how she got into triathlon, after an extremely multidisciplinary athletic approach through high school and college. Eventually bringing them all together in the sport of triathlon, Rachel kind of does it all. The trio discuss Rachel's 2022 season, the highs and the lows, as well as where she plans to go in 2023.
