Wait...was the Ironman 70.3 World Championships cold or something? Apparently, it was freezing in St.George, and this seems to be the talk of the town lately. So, to answer all of the questions, Haley and Alyssa welcome Sonja Catano onto the podcast. Coming in 17th at the 70.3 Word Champs, Sonja is a professional triathlete and fierce competitor.
From purchasing Walmart Uggs, to shoving hand warmers everywhere, Sonja can attest to the cold temps in St.George. She shares what that race was like for her, her progress in the triathlon sphere, and her special plans for Halloween.
