Hey, Fire fans! We're all in on the US Open Cup, right? After the defeat to FC Cincinnati, the Chicago Fire need to focus on their best opportunity to do something meaningful this season. He rotated his squad and tried to preserve his defense, but once again, the Men in Red couldn't hold onto points late. While a draw at Eastern Conference power New England may have felt like progress, the draw against Toronto FC certainly felt like a loss. I wish I could say the Chicago Fire's flat play vs. DC United was a bad April Fool's joke, but sadly it's a result of an anemic offense, a defense barely holding it together, and a head coach unable to adjust/adapt over the course of a game...or a season...or his career (TBD).
