Marisa Matos

 Marisa Matos is a registered nutritional therapist and a dedicated advocate for root cause medicine, empowering individuals to reclaim control over their health and well-being. As the founder of UltiVita Health, she specialises in working with complex chronic illness and mystery illness.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Genetics and extensive training in nutritional therapy, nutrigenomics, and functional blood chemistry analysis, Marisa employs a science-based approach to restore metabolic imbalances, often utilising ketogenic metabolic therapy. 

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of the ketogenic diet as part of her naturopathic nutritional therapy protocols in clinic for Long Covid.

In addition to her clinical work, Marisa serves as a lecturer in Nutrition Science and contributes as a freelance nutrition writer. Her passion for promoting holistic health shines through in her commitment to advancing knowledge and empowering individuals to live their healthiest lives.
