Theo is a graduate of the School of Physical Education & Sport Science at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he earned his degree, specializing in Weightlifting and Swimming. He furthered his education with a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology & Coaching at the School of Physical Education & Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace, graduating with honors. He specializes in Kettlebell Training, Sports Performance & Rehabilitation, Personal and Group Training, and First Aid.
