We're edging close to the silly-season which, for most of us, means there is a lot of stress, pressure, long-ass to do lists and considerations to manage both in our calendars and our minds.
It's all well and good to say "just relax!", "don't stress!", "you'll get through it!"
...but it doesn't always work that way, does it?
I'm not suggesting you go full fuck-it, I'm suggesting you consider something veryyyy important to help you get through.
Pressure doesn't always make diamonds.
