Spring is right around the corner for those of us living in the southern hemisphere, and Autumn for those of you in the northern hemisphere... So why not use this time to move with the energy around us and allow it to be a catalyst in moving the energy WITHIN us?
In this episode I share a bit of a life update paired with some practical takeways that allow you to (if you let yourself) take a good look at where you are right now and see where YOU can capitalise on the energy of the changing seasons in your life too.
Virgo season (so my birthday season) is calling us to analyse what is working, what can be done better and what can produce better results in supporting our health. As I've mentioned in Episode 5 of the podcast, health isn't just the physical... it's the mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, social, occupational and financial too.
