Three types of anger: 1. Rage (Cain): Explosive anger that manifests in outbursts or uncontrolled behavior. 2. Contempt (Jonah): Expressed through disdain, superiority, or disrespect toward others, devaluing them. 3. Resentment (Older Brother): Anger that lingers and festers over time, often stemming from unaddressed wounds or perceived injustices.
