Summary
During a press event at Trump Tower, Donald Trump alleged that the Biden administration has a phone app which allows migrants to schedule appointments for release into the United States. Trump falsely claimed this app exists and attributed the "migrant crisis" to the Biden administration. Trump's statement was made without providing any evidence and is widely considered a conspiracy theory.
