A lot of my friends, as well as members of The Free Freelancer program, have all been asking me the same question lately - when will we be able to travel again? The good news is that a lot of countries you would usually want to travel to depend a lot on tourism, so they will eventually have to open their borders in order to survive. Surely, many things will be different and more complicated, like testing and wearing a mask, but I believe long-term travelling, including location-independent work and nomadic lifestyle, should not be a problem at all. Getting diagnosed with a condition that has something to do with psychology is not that easy - we are all sometimes a bit bipolar or a bit ADHD.
