Episode 104 of the Doctor Who: Alhambra Podcast, we Brett, Liam, and Humphrey discuss the continuing issue of Fan Toxicity in the Doctor Who world, the factors that lead to toxicity on two sides of fandom. Within the podcast we refer to clips from two podcasters, and the Cast and Crew Commentary on The Greatest Show in the Galaxy. This issue will not be resolved by this podcast, but hopefully this social media frenzy that contributes to the toxicity will diminish as we as a society mature in our social media use...sooner rather than later. Before our podcast that focuses the First Doctor Era, what works, and the struggles that the William Hartnell era faced, we had a very casual conversation regarding Big Finish listening, The New Year's Special, with the Primord's in the new Third Doctor Adventures. Eventually, Liam saw our way back to the Primords, and a long, long, discussion/debate ensued, with Liam dragging Star Trek: Mirror, Mirror, Doctor Who: Age of Steel, and Doctor Who: The Mind Robber to support his argument, which Brett quickly debunked that idea.
