Show Notes

In part 2 of my Neuroscience episodes about antidepressants I’m diving into the Glutamate Hypothesis.

I chat about the role of the glutamatergic system within the brain in helping us to better understand why some people don’t respond well to the first line of treatments, such as SSRIs.

I’m also diving into treatment resistant depression, electro convulsive therapy (ECT) neuroplasticity and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
