In today’s episode, Yaa is speaking with Jacqueline Gomes, RDN Registered Dietitian Nutritionist helps moms lose weight with a calorie-controlled approach. Her all foods fit mantra helps women establish a non-restrictive, sustainable, healthy relationship with food. She enjoys working with moms because as a mom herself, she understands first-hand the pressure that is put upon them to run a household and care for children. That pressure can be further compounded by a job outside of the home. Many women are confused about nutrition because they are inundated with misinformation through the internet and social media. Jacqueline clarifies the misinformation and provides facts and tools that will help empower moms to lose weight safely while having fun! Jacqueline also operates a kickboxing studio where she integrates her passion for fitness and originally started her weight loss practice. She is married and has two amazing boys ages 3 & 5.
