What it has revealed about my relationship with self and how it completely shifted my sense of worthiness, intimacy, and magnetism. This isn't about being anti-sex or anti-pleasure. This is about no longer abandoning myself for validation or escape.
Over the last year and a half, choosing celibacy has opened my mind in ways I never expected. It pushed me inward, cleared out old patterns, and rebuilt my sense of safety and connection from the inside-out.
