Sal is the definition of southern charm. He is the co-owner of the oldest business of its kind in the America, New Orlean’s P&J Oyster Company. The story behind his 144-year old family-owned business is as intriguing as is Sal’s southern accent. His family’s journey is one of determination, hard work and a true American success story.
Of course, Sal isn’t all work. He’s one of the founders of the New Orleans Oyster Festival. It’s a 2-day extravaganza featuring some of the best oysters in the city, live music and vendors of all sorts.
